Scrap ReginaldI'm thinking about sending this little guy into one of the many t-shirt sites I like to visit with the text 'Reginald J. Cat, Professional Monocle wearer' underneath him.
Firstly though, I have to figure out which one is liked the best.

'A' was my original...then I took the eye whites away just to see what it looked like. That's when my boyfriend decided to comment on how much cuter it was that way. ;3; Now I can't figure out which one I like better...
But I'm glad to know you think the eye whites are cute, because I still like them!

I like B the best! I feel that having color makes it more fun and whimsical (and I'm pretty sure that's what you're going for), whereas grayscale makes it look more....gloomy? Something like that.
I definitely think that color suits it more, and the pupils-only look adds to the silliness. Therefore, B!

I agree with the gloomy aspect actually! As soon as I put it to greyscale, I immediately thought 'newspaper clipping' and not 't-shirt!'.

Tshirts with an adorable cartoon monocle'd cat on it? DO WANT!
B and C would look best on a shirt, I think. The fangs and the eye-irises show up nicest in greyscale, but the colored version looks better without them.
