Hijikata Toshiro from Gintama & Jinogre/Zinouga from Monter Hunter series
cuz just like Sabu-chan, Hiji is also another dork of Gintama universe, n thus he also got a Jinouga/Zinogre as the partner (re-using lineart lolz oops), but Hiji got the weaker vers. of what Sabu-chan have; since the Mimawarigumi consider themselves stronger/more elite than the Shinsengumi, n thus Sabu-chan get the stronger vers. of this wolf-dragon species (tho the common Jinouga is still not smth that to be taken lightly in the game); plus IMO Jinouga is a lit. big puppy in the body of a ferocious dragon LOL so yup, the bakufu's loyal dog i mean, force xD;;

im planning to do this with all my fav charas in Gintama
tho idk what certain chara is suitable to which dragon at times (ex: Madao, since he's too madao n idk what dragon is madao-y LOL)

yup, the dragon('s lineart) was re-used, only with color change; so i only need to start drawing a half-profile Hiji, n then im done with this one LOL xD;;;
