They often make and trade goods.
They travel sometimes in the ocean and he has quite a few mer-folk friends (as well as other beings).

His hair is super flowy - out of water it acts like it would IN water.
The blue highlights are bio-luminescent areas. (Areas on skin and hair, nails, eyes, teeth)
He's very accustomed to being nude but he likes to wear human-clothes he finds...Even if it's horrible and just scraps of rags. Human/land stuff is amazing to him ok leave him alone.
Eats mostly plants but will also eat fish, but NOT other seafood.
He has dimples when he smiles.
