My Frames probably have a similarly odd gait, since they're proportioned similar to ATs and are mostly torso.  I'd be tempted to have an upright driver's seat with a backboard, though, it might improve the pilot's downwards visibility.  (It's a civilian unit, they're going to skimp on hazcams.  Curved glass might be questionable too, I'd picture flat panes since they're easier for the shop to fabricate/replace.)

Not a problem.

You might want to have an APAS or NDS/LIDS docking connector on it if it's intended for use in space.
