One quick question though. Is it easier to draw the body or head first?
I tried drawing the body then the head, but the head didn't seem to fit...right?

Ah, I tend to work my way from the head down. You might want to try drawing a basic outline of the head before you work on the torso, you know, the basic egg-shaped thing. That works for me. And then go along with the torso, limbs and the legs last.
