Oh god that face it's so hug me HHNNNNNGGGNote that in the actual show Pinkie's tail is completely absent (bad animators!) assuming from standard straight-haired shots and its shape/position.
(ETA if you caught this early, that was a weird inkspace bleedthrough effect. fresh restart fixed it).
ETA oh yea, there's an Element in this shot...
ETA slight fix on pinkies tail to smooth it out. And apologizes if you caught this when I got yet another weird inkscape bleed-thru on her tail.

This was during a part of the episode "Magical Mystery Cure" when a botched spell had caused the ponies' cutie marks to get mixed up. Applejack is giving Pinkie Pie a ride back to Ponyville where they hope to get her cutie mark back to normal.
