The Tartarean Guard led Celestia through the lower depths of Tartarus, towards the prisoners' cages. "He's just up ahead, but I gotta warn you, it's not a pretty sight."
The pair walked down the long, winding path and up the stone steps to the cage. "Well, here he is."
Celestia peered into the cage at Tirek. The would-be conqueror of Equestria was a withered husk of himself. Almost completely hairless, the weakened Tirek could only lie on his side, breathing laboriously and staring off into space.
Celestia turned back to the guard. "Open the cage. I want to talk to him."
The guard was slightly taken aback by this. "Well, alright. But just so you know, he's too weak to talk."
Tirek's eyes flickered as he fixed his stare on Celestia as she walked into the cage. She was silent for moments as she looked down scornfully at the pathetic creature that had once held all of Equestria under his thumb. Then finally she spoke. "Ever since I first heard what was happening to you, I've been thinking of what I would say at this moment."
Tirek stared at Celestia. His breath still ragged and pained.
"I must've come up with a thousand little speeches, condemning you for all the pain and suffering you've caused over the centuries." Celestia's eyes narrowed. "But then I realized that it wasn't necessary. I only needed to say one thing to you."
Celestia got down on her knees. She brought her face close to Tirek's, only a few inches away, and stared straight into his eyes. "This pained, twisted death that you've brought upon yourself...is still too good for you." Celestia stood up. "Goodbye Tirek. This is the end."
Celestia turned away and started to walk out of the cage. Then she stopped as she heard a noise behind her.
"Heh...heh...heh..."
Slowly, Celestia turned around. There lie Tirek on the stone floor, his withered face cracked into a wide smile, laughing. "Heh...heh...heh heh heh."
"What's so funny, Tirek?" asked Celestia.
"Heh heh heh. Heh heh heh. Ha ha ha." Tirek's body began to glow. Smoke began to unfurl from his mouth and nose. His eyes blazed a bright yellow.
Wings flaring, Celestia began to charge her horn and aimed it at the centaur. "Tirek! Whatever you're doing, it won't work--!"
BOOM!
A huge explosion blasted Celestia and the guard off the platform and onto the bottom of the stairs. Battered and bruised, Celestia looked to see the cage encased in an maelstrom of orange fire. "No..."
Inside the blaze, a centaur shaped figure began to take form, growing larger and larger. A loud, powerful voice rang out, echoing throughout Tartarus, shaking the bones of all who heard it.
"ASCENDANCY!"

There's not a lot of details from the preview view that different too much off Twi's standard model, the only tricky parts in this case being the finer details on the eyes. Everything else falls into the standard "how to draw Twi" scenario.
