A request I am working on requires me to start at Tirek's final (well, near final - he gets larger after absorbing Twilight's magic but there's no obvious other changes) form.If you are vectoring Tirek's hands when they are closed, good luck. The animation clearly didn't know how to do it well either, so this is a best guess (being more angular than rounded).

I could probably do that. I'd likely work starting from when he's revealed in the theater (that's the same form just better posture) as the tiny version at the end would be too hard to make some details out of.
