I don't know if I will ever have the motivation to make a real deal animation!
It's weird because in my opinion its pretty simple to draw four legged animals, however its probably since animals are usually what I draw, or animate with all the time. Its basically my comfort zone!
But throw a human at me and I will struggle to draw and animate it.

Draw a bunch of doodly animations, and I am sure you will get inspired for something bigger, since you have great potential
Humans are a different beast if you start with animals, for sure. I started with drawing creatures first too, and eventually moved on to humans and still struggle with some parts, but learning to draw humans helps with understanding animals too, so it's a win win situation.
