another work for fun...shit!! i just fell down while runnin' and me blood is still wet even though i applied some medication...such bad luck!!!

when you go into the shower, put it on cold first...or at least very cool - enough so you can at east step in. Let the cool water go on you knees for a bit until you get used to the water, then slowly increase the hot
