Well, we got another template for you all today, this time a DBZ based template, specifically about a character being able to use Raging Soul.

This is alot like the Red Potara Template, making a game based mechanic into an actually ability. Raging Soul can boost a characters physical abilities to the max, buuut they can't use that much, or any, energy based attacks. FYI.
