So yeah, I've touched on this a few times, but Videl is a Quirk User in the Vice-Verse, her also being born in the Future Event and basically being the Superman/Wonder Woman of that era.

She does have a massively, and I do mean massively, amped version of One For All due ot her being the lastest user of it, but she already had a Quirk of her own before hand. That Quirk being Ergokinesis, for the most part. Remember Shego from Kim Possible? Bascially that. No idea what I'd actaully call the Quirk tho.

Ps. Pigtail Videl is best Videl. And I normally hate pigtails.
