Description
After a while, I didn't like the look of mah Rider, Decode. He didn't feel right. So I remade him. And I'm happy with the results

Edit: I didn't realize someone else on devianart used the name Decode already. But I made this title screen already so I'm not going back. I put a lot of effort making this.

November 9, 2005, a young man went missing; a journalist that worked for a news publication that investigates strange phenomena. A flash occurred in Kyoto, and a giant "wall" was seen swooping through the area. That was when that man disappeared , along with a count of 34 people. Those who weren't engulfed by the "wall" have said they vaguely saw a giant mysterious being behind that "wall". The survivors were driven to insanity a day later. Many years have passed since then. With the recent monster assaults being fended by Kamen Riders, citizens have reported that they've seen a figure watching the Riders from afar and occasionally aiding their fights. The figure dubbed himself as Kamen Rider Decode to the public. The one chosen out of 34 to watch over the worlds.

Decode is a major agent among the Dimensional Agents. He is the Recordkeeper of Worlds. His job is to record the legacies of each Rider World he comes across, which is fitting for a journalist. Especially since he's specializes in extraordinary cases in his former line of work. However being the Recordkeeper is more of an administration position. Decode prefers a hands-on approach, actively visiting worlds instead which is the duty of his minor agents, the Observers. The name Decode is synonymous to the word "unravel" in which instead of observing, he manually unravels the Riders' story by helping them along their journey. Being directly involved with a non-Dimensional Rider is something he's not supposed to do.

To compliment his duty to watch from afar, in the event when he’s in combat he tends to keep his distance. Unsung any ranged weaponry he has on hand. He will proceed to melee combat if an adversary closed them gap between them. From there he would attempt to gain distance again. His marksmanship is average as his main weapon is auto firing, which doesn’t require much aiming

{-}Ride Grimoire{-}
This is the main weapon of Decode. It is used to store his cards, but the design is more combat specific. It has 2 modes.
{Tonfa Mode}
The Grimoire turns into a bladed tonfa which can integrate into his punches, blocks, and parries.

{Rifle Mode}
The Grimoire turns into a rifle that comes with a scope and is capable of rapid fire. This is used for mid to long range combat, leaning more towards long.

<•>Decodriver Mk.II<•>

The main henshin device of Decode. Because it was rebuilt with the Drive System, it comes with two slot levers. One for Koukan Rides, the other for any other Rides. Pushing the Koukan Card lever will activate an Attack Ride for the respective rider. Different amounts of pushes activates a different Attack Ride. Riders that are more reliant on forms will change the form of the tire instead of an Attack Ride
<•>Abilities<•>

The original Decodriver was damaged during a fight with Decade and Diend at the same time. The Henshin mechanism was fixed by an engineer, named Ari Sawasa, who was trying to utilize Core Driviars for commercial use. She did so by using the outdated Drive System. This means he can't transform into other Riders anymore, rather he gains a tire respective to their aesthetic

By default, Decode is able to resist movement debuffs, and obviously Density Shift as well as create it. This also gives him the power to destroy Roidmude cores as a passive. The only downside is, is that the system doesn’t integrate well with the original; the systems conflict between form changing and Rider replication, so no form alterations is possible.
{-}Tire Koukan{-}
He doesn’t come with a Shift Brace initially, but he’s compatible with it. If he has it on hand, he’ll be able to swap out different tires, however due to the fact that the two systems in his belt conflict with each other for form change, he cannot change types, rather he only gets their tire and doesn’t undergo any stat changes.

Using a Kamen Ride Card, would announce Koukan Ride which act as a Tire Koukan. This is due to the fact that the systems of the Decodriver is integrated with the Drive System. Unable to turn into another Rider, he swaps out with a tire based on the Ride card used. However his stats will not change, which can be a positive or a negative depending on the Rider intended.
-Ex: Using a Faiz Ride Card will swap Decode's current Tire with a Faiz-themed tire. From there he can use the abilities as Faiz but doesn't gain his base speed and power

He only has some pertaining to him. Instead he has to shift his slot lever much like Drive and his Shift Cars except downwards. This is an indirect upgrade as he can use them multiple times.
