Technically speaking, Jason Alvers is the worlds 4th Metahuman.

When the Meta-Gene Activator detonated two years ago near his home town in Nevada, he unknowingly gained the extraordinary aptitude for inventing and designing any type of machine with access to for lack of a better term... "A box of scraps!"

When he was used in an experiment by Meta-Master to prove that an active M-Gene would catalyze any dangerous foreign element to protect it's host, triggering "Secondary Meta-genesis" by being drowned in a tank of liquid metal.

He was given the ability to transform into a liquid metal form like a real life T-1000.

Now a member of the Heroes Legion team, and eventual mentor figure of the second Generation.

Silicon is the "Little brother" of the group, their gear maker (he's the inventor of the Cerebro esque Heroes Links: One supercomputer, the modified Night Hawk Plane, the Fallen Legion weapons etc...) and boyfriend/Husband of the reformed supervillainess Techne.

Sometimes his inventions backfire, leading to some humorous antics...like an experimental pizza dough that causes the oven to explode for example.

did a great job as usual, this style he's been using...it really fits with all my OC's every time.
