Amazing cosplay, and I really like the effect that the wind added. I am planning to do a Crown Clown cosplay for a con in November.
How did you do the cape? Like, what kind of materials did you use? I am trying to find either something similar online that I can alter or maybe do like a white hoodie and sew some longer white fabric onto the edge to make it into a cape.
