Nice pose and great dino model. Like the sky colors and clouds.
You could add some more variation to the plants in respect of species and placement. The dino seems floating and the rock and mountain texture needs more variation as well.

Yes, most importantly one has to be confident about ones artwork.
Publishing your art here in Deviantart will give you some parameter about your own judgement and what others think in order to become better and better.

To often people give their Judgement on what they consider to be how an image can be improved, in their opinion... & that smacks of arrogance...Personal views are one thing .. so called suggestions are something else, especially when that person Usually as no work to qualify them as experts!

Obviously the intentions to publish ones work here in Deviantart are not the same for everyone. There is always the option to disable comments if one is very confident about the quality of the own artwork.
