Aw, cute. I love this little guy's pose. The contrast between the bird and the background is great - really makes the bird stand out. I like the composition too - the line from the end of the bird's tail to his beak helps to lead the eye into the frame nicely.
The focus seems very slightly off - his eye isn't quite a sharp as it should be. A bit of selective sharpening would fix that though, and it's only noticeable if you're looking closely at the fullview, so it's not a big deal.
