Not much about diseases, infections or mutations, but here I have some suggestions:
Eye Guy: Full of watery and infected Pink eyes:
Ditto: Some heads and limbs sprouting from him, like Weezing
Upgrade: Similar to Malware on his first stage.
Spitter: Full of tumors and red veins, based on the Boomer of L4D
Humungosaur: Exposed intern muscles and skin filled with veins and lumps.
Big Chill: Thin, emaciated and pale, ideal aspect relates to the cold
