Description
First of all I just like to let everyone know the "landscape" is not exactly my specialty and second of all it took me a good hour and a half AT LEAST to draw this thing so that info out there please take it easy with negative criticism.
So yeah, as the title says I drew this for the group, Xros-Hunters-World . Basically drawing locations for the group is an easy way to rack up anywhere between 2-4 points that can be used for other stuff in the group.
So I have always been fascinated with concepts that defy the laws of our beliefs whether its dinosaur that still walk the earth or moonlight transformations that jump scientific classification to another. And the idea of gates the underworld and heaven right here on earth underneath our noses is no exception and so I thought it would be kinda neat (and sorta scary) if the Digi-World had something like that. It would definitely explain how Digimon from the Dark Area keep getting loose on the rest of the place. And so I decide to use that idea in this location. Here's a short description.
Analysis: The Data Badlands are a virtual No-Man's Land in every sense of the word. The nightmarish wasteland is the place that countless Undeads , Nightmare Soldiers , Dark Area Digimon and just flat out Virus types call home. If you ever decide to go here and you feel you're being watched: you are. This is a place where only the strong survive, whether its of mind or body, and almost all hope is abandoned. Around just about every turn is either a hazardous geyser, a pitfall, a avalanche-to-be or an unfriendly face looking for its next meal. The hundreds of purple/red pools that seem to just radiate negative energy and are rumored to be portals to the Dark Area despite their appearance to have a bottom. While those that are wiser may decide to steer clear of this dangerous nightmare-land it is the place to be if you are looking for powerfully vicious Digimon.
With that out of the way here's the drill:
The Dark Area, Undeads, Nightmare Soldiers, Virus type and just flat out Digimon belong to whatever company owns them.
The Data Badlands, however, belong to me.
Please, please, PLEASE do not use it without my permission.
