Oh you son of a bitch! You have Tanith trooper models, those are damn hard to find on ebay and even when you do they cost a mint. Liking the colour scheme too, lovely contrast between the pale blue fatigues and the brown cloaks.

Indeed. Some odd years ago I bought 60 Tanith models dirt cheap from my friend. I also have about 80 Mordian models and 100+ classic Cadians

Very nice job on this lot. The bases compliment without overwhelming. I'm curious about your army organization - is it going to be all light infantry, or will there be heavy supporting units as well?

I'm glad you asked that. Sadly the new codex doesn't support infantry on the Heavy Support choices so I think I'm going to use couple of Russes with magnet weapons, maybe even lighter artillery tanks like Hydras and Griffons. Maybe one Vandetta/Valkyrie, 3 Scout sentinels, squad or two of Rough Riders and 60-100 infantry models plus 3 Chimeras for command squads etc. Perhaps of couple of unique types like, Marbo, Stryken and Harker.
The pictures have been taken before applying varnish so now bases have also dead grass.

Sounds like an interesting army list. I've become a big fan of the Valkyrie - speed, mobility and force, all foe a measley 100 points. Good luck with this. May the emperor be kind.

As "Sly-Stalker" pointed out, anyone could recognise these as Tanith models. Have to tried doing some head swaps with either Catachan, or something helmetless from Fantasy?

I'm not really trying to hide the fact that they are Taniht models. There are some many imperial worlds that some of them can have the same uniform as Tanith's do 
This project has been under construction for a very long time now since the current IG codex was a bit of an let down for me even the good number of improvements. For example no more infantry models in the heavy support section and no more so many wargears allowed for commanders. But the project will continue after few other ones have been done...
