Bio-Plasma Blades - Sea Cutter can emit bio-plasma blades from his wrists, these are bio-plasma blades emit very hot temperatures that helps them slice through almost any tough materials in the Galaxy, these bio-plasma blades can also act as a shield against physical strikes and deflect energy

Enhanced Flexibility - Sea Cutter has no bones or any other skeletal structure, thus he can stretch, twist, bend or contort his entire body with no damage or stress, because of this he is highly agile and nimble, doing impossible acrobatics, has very fast reflexes and can jump very high

Lungless Body - Sea Cutter has no lungs, thus he doesn’t need air to breathe, meaning he can survive in the ocean and the vacuum of space with no difficulty

Regeneration - Sea Cutter can regenerate or reattach his missing limbs, he can even regenerate his entire body so long as their is a surviving piece of himself that he can regenerate from

Weaknesses

Average Durability - because of his boneless body, Sea Cutter isn’t durable as most of Ben’s aliens

Average Strength - Sea Cutter doesn’t possess great physical strength like most of Ben’s aliens, his strength is average as a humans
