Kinetic Absorption - Ultimate Four Arms can absorb kinetic force from any physical force and trauma, increasing his strength, durability, speed and reflexes, the red glowing veins are a result of how much kinetic energy he absorbed or stockpiled

Kinetic Pulse Blast - Ultimate Four Arms can willfully release a powerful kinetic pulse blast to knock away his opponent and destroy everything around by flexing his muscles, he can also use it to break free from being trapped like being wrapped in chains

Heat Conversion/Generation - the kinetic energy Ultimate Four Arms absorbs or stockpiles can be converted into heat, increasing his body temperature and even giving him limited pyrokinesis

Weaknesses

Limited Kinetic Absorption - Ultimate Four Arms has a limit to how much kinetic energy he absorbs or stockpiles, cause using this ability can cause muscle tears
