Backstory: Back in the Victorian times. He was previously a human, who committed the sin of the Sloth. In his human life he was young boy with a rich family, with a nice big mansion and Doctor as a father. At a very young age he specialized well in medicine and was recognized as the "Genius". He met a lot of foreigner doctors and appeared a lot in the newspapers. The Holbrook family was forever acknowledged and respected.
As he got older he became a doctor and was asked to do many quests and tasks. Ben eventually got sick of all the things he had, the admiration of his fans sickened him, he refused to work with other doctors and his depression gets worse as he turns out to have schizophrenia, Ben did not notice he had this mental illness and said it was just the stress he was under.
Days later Ben begins to shut himself away from people, starts having hallucinations of people with melted faces that sickened him, and wished that everyone died.
Once time he was assigned to perform a heart surgery on a young patient, meanwhile Ben did this he kept having voices in his head telling him "kill it, kill it, kill it" and convinced him that if he killed the patient, all of this would be over and ripped out the heart and the life support of the sick person.
This incident came out from the news and many people and the Holbrook family were shocked at Ben's doing and was arrested. The doctors and the police finds out that Ben a grave schizophrenia and needed to be treated. Ben violently yells and attacks the police to escape for the doctors hands, and Benjamin's Father offers to treat him himself.

Ben was released from the cell for a few months later and brought back to his mansion, Ben was forced to take pills, kept in bed, locked inside his bedroom and observed with cameras around the room. When the nurse came in carrying his food with a food trolley, as Ben was asked to check his health. Ben manages to grab the sharp knife from the trolley and kills the nurse by stabbing her in the chest, taking the keys away from her breaking free from his room.
The police and the nurses were sent to look for him but not success was achieved. Meanwhile they were looking for Ben, patients at various hospitals started to get sick and die in a blink of an eye. The number of the deaths were increasing, Doctors investigated this and affirms these people were poisoned after eating the "food". They couldn't not successfully determinate what kind of poison was used but the police did not ignore this and checked the cooks' food from the cafeterias, police find a small bottle with the logo of the Holbrooks and Doctor Holbrook was accused for murder.
The Doctor was shocked to find this bottle in such a place and did not understand why, until he finally comes to the conclusion that it might have been Ben created the poison and it in the food. All the patients from the hospitals were dead, and the police and the doctor find a message written on the wall with actual real blood that said "Now all these patients are sleeping for all eternity, no more pain, no more sickness..." Doctor Holbrook dashes back to his mansion as the police follows him.

Back in the mansion,
they find Ben laying on his bed dead with a smile on his face and griping on a bottle on his hand. Ben had committed a suicide.
