Alright, the basic idea is ok, just try drawing it from an angle, as if it were facing you, but a bit to the left side. The poles that hold the main thing together might as well get some more detial, and maybe a wood effect, or some carvings, or a rope with skulls or ... just anything.
Now about the skeleton, I wouldn't put that in, the skulls will give the basic idea I think.
Anyway great sketch, work on it further+
