Would you imagine if Bulla was born first instead of Trunks, what would Bulla's relationship with Ranch be. Would they be rivals and see whose Father is the best, Raditz or Vegeta.

Everyone keeps shipping these two and while I respect that I prefer if they just had a brother sister relationship.

Xenomaster, how is it that Nappa wasn't spared. And according DBZ wikia, it is stated by Vegeta that Saiyan females have strong willed personalities and such characteristics were sought out as mates for male Saiyans, which causes Piccolo to surmise that this is why Saiyan males like Goku and Vegeta chose strong willed human females like Chi-Chi and Bulma as their respective wives. Meaning that if Raditz would have gotten a major role in DBZ and Akira didn't forget Launch, this will happen:

I think it's a simple matter of story and caring. I mean, Raditz is Goku's brother, there's a lot you can do with a character in that role. Nappa is just a talking Non to Vegeta's Zod. I can't tell you why exactly, but it's most likely because Raditz somewhat means more

(Muli and Daikon climb off their cousin as Ranch walks over)

Trunks: *flies in* Hey, guys.

Trunks: Grass too, mom. So, just grazing?
Goten: I was training, until Ranch knocked Muli and Daikon into me. I actually had a date until dad made me cancel.
Ranch: You aren’t going to say hi, sweetie? *kisses Trunks*
Trunks: You entering the tournament, babe?
Ranch: A girl needs a hobby.
Vegeta: So your son has the same slack attitude as mine. At least your niece has her priorities straight.

Pan: *lands* Grandpa, I just flew around the world again!
Ranch: That’s our Pan! *ruffles her hair*

Pan:Think I’ll be ready by tomorrow?
Trunks: What? You aren’t fighting in the tournament, are you Pan?
Pan: Of course I am.
Bulma: But… there isn’t a Jr division this year.
Goku: Don’t worry about Pan, she can hold her own. She won’t win the championship, but she will be fine
Ranch: Don’t underestimate us Saiyan women.
