In my headcanon?
"Chica the Chicken, the youngest animatronic, is cheerful, kind and loyal to a fault. She is basically like a little girl in the body of a grown-up woman - Chica has a child-like mentality, but is mature, intelligent, eager and quick to learn."
And yes, like Bonnie and Freddy in my headcanon, she has a Southern accent. :3

So, Chica's character in my version is crossover of different ages as well! But first, she's incradibly sweet, cheerfull, kind, caring and sensitive, obviously enough, she loves kids! Besides that, she giggles a lot and is a master of all kind arcade games, allthough she sometimes let little children win for them to feel more sure of themselves. About her age-crossing, she is childish and sensitive as 6 years old girl, but smart and mature on some topics as 14. She can be called an actuall mascot as most of the cheerfull and fun atmosphere of the restaurant is her job! Also, it's worth to mention, that in my AU Animatronics look WAY friendlier then in the game, bestly, I will just quote their overall description (Not designs, just how they're built)
"Animatronic's design is based on human biology with maximum safety purposes. The metal skleton holding all of their mechanics is covered with a plush "muscules" full of a tiny wires pluged into the skeleton, those "muscules" have tuoch sencors which are very little magnets covering the surface, those also hold their skin covered with fur, the whole struckture makes their eyes only hard outer part on them, obviously, thin body parts such as fingers or Foxy's muzzle have less plush on them, but it's still enough to make it safe for children, paws and teeth are made from a soft, spongy rubber, all of the materials animatronics are made of are very durable and fire-proof, in case of any event such as fire or any other disaster. Because of mechanics working inside of animatronics, they feel warm as you touch them, just like they are alive, actually, they do, it only depens on how do you describe "life". Β Most of the mechanics are in their faces, so animatronics can express their emotions. About their minds, feelings and senses, only differnces between them and humans are, they have no sense of taste and their kid-like minds will never grow up, their character can only change with experiences they go through. "
