The Springfield XD, and the XDM by extension... I've heard great things about these weapons, besides the ammo capacity. I've seen a few TV spot kinda things about it on the Sportsman's Channel. It's a great home defense weapon, great accuracy, the recoil is mild depending on the round the weapon fires, and did I mention the ammo capacity? Oh, I did... Anyway, excellent weapon and even better artwork! Love it and want one! (The actual weapon, anyway...)

I always found the XD odd, it seems like Springfield's version of the GLOCK. I'd rather have it than a GLOCK, because it actually has some weight to it, but give me an M1911 anyday.
