Ummm, get photoshop, put in a pic or more, then play around with random things if you don't know what they do. lol. Thats how I learnt.

Sometimes, you can get photoshop elements for free from adobe's website I think. Otherwise you can buy the normal versions and download them as well from adobe's website, they are a bit expensive though.
