Dr. Jubilee and Dr. Kasmeer... are they related? Are they brother and sister.... husband and wife? Maybe they're part of a larger hive-mind??? whatever you think they are... please don't call them "lab rats!"

These two are characters from an OLD story I collaborated on with PhoxnSparky many years ago. It was sort of a Sci-Fi/Spy-Thriller/Comedy... a lot of fun. Will have to get around to doing some more up to date art of the characters.
