Journey through the Tree of Time and the Fate of the World

Chapter 1
The magnificent view of the Tree of Time's first chamber

At Hyrule Palace, Princess Zelda II stared out to the Tree of Time. “I'm worried about the group. Even with Lucario's help, the gang may fail. That dark presence from the Tree of Time keeps haunting me... I fear that Ganondorf may still be lurking within the Tree of Time... His evil presence is clear to me now... May the power of the Golden Goddesses and the spirit of aura protect them...” Zelda II said to herself. Back at the Tree of Time, Will caught up with the group and Lucario. “Will! I'm glad to see that you're okay!” Ash said. “So, what happened to Regirock?” Lucario asked. “This seems really strange, but when I drew the Master Sword from my sheath, Regirock suddenly just walked off, as if it didn't want to fight me...” Will explained. “That seems strange... perhaps it's because of your aura, it's the same as Link's, isn't it?” Kidd said. “Yeah, or perhaps Regirock thought I must've been Link...” Will said. Suddenly, the gang saw a light at the end of the tunnel. When they reached the end, they saw a beautiful view of the inside of the Tree of Time. “Wow.... this looks amazing....!” Will gasped in amazement. “Shouldn't Charmander, Pikachu and Meowth be right above us?” Ash asked. “That's right...” Lucario said.
“Great! Here we come, Pikachu!” Ash shouted in excitement. “Ash, wait up! I'm coming, Charmander!” Will called. “Hey you two! How do you know where to find them?” Dawn asked. “We just keep going up until we reach the above level! Isn't that right, Lucario?” Ash said and asked. “That's the right idea...” Lucario said. “So then, let's go!” Ash said. When Ash and Will got outside, they shouted out to Pikachu and Charmander. “HEY!! PIKACHU!! CAN YOU HEAR ME???” Ash called. “CHARMANDER!! WHERE ARE YOU???” Will called. In the hidden area, the two Pokemon heard their trainers. So they ran outside and yelled to respond to Ash and Will. “PIKA!! PI!!! I'M OUT HERE, ASH!!!” Pikachu called. “CHAR! CHARMANDER!!! I'M OVER HERE, WILL!!!” Charmander called. Ash and Will heard their Pokemon and got excited. “It's Pikachu!” Ash exclaimed. “I heard Charmander! He's still alive!” Will exclaimed. “Hold on, you two!” Lucario called as the two boys ran towards the voices. “GAAH!! What's that?!” Ash and Will yelled as something shot an Ice Beam. It was another Legendary Golem!

Chapter 2
Another attack! This time by Regice?!

Ash and Will saw Regice attack and as it fired another Ice Beam, Lucario jumped in front of the boys and fired an Aura Sphere to counter the Ice Beam. “We have to get away from Regice! Let's find another route!” Will shouted. “Right!” Ash said. As the boys and Lucario ran down the hill, they told the gang what was happening. “It's Regice! It's attacking us and we have to get away!” Will warned the gang. The gang ran away from Regice, eventually managing to escape. In a different part of the Tree of Time, one of the small cameras that Kidd sent flying was destroyed by one of Ganondorf's devices. He saw the gang traveling through the area and he knew that the Legendary Golems would be a threat to his plans, so he tried to use his devices' missile launchers to eliminate the Legendary Golems, but one device was crushed by the third Legendary Golem, Registeel.

Chapter 3
The Dangers continue

Meanwhile, Kidd contacted her agent and he gave her more information on the Tree of Time. “It seems that the Tree of Time is also a living being and it has cells that are very similar to those cells in the Tree of Beginning. Be careful out there! Those cells will try to eliminate those considered to be viruses!” The agent said. “Alright, thanks for the heads-up.” Kidd said. Eventually, the gang ran into a group of cells that were after them. “Ash! Get down!” Will shouted. He pushed Ash out of the way and suddenly appeared to have been absorbed into the cell. However, the cell suddenly dissolved off of Will, similar to how Regirock just walked away when Will drew the Master Sword. “Hey, that cell just disappeared off of Will! Could it be because of Will's connection to Link?” Ash wondered. “It is possible... maybe back when Link was around, the Legendary Golems and the cells of the Tree of Time could never harm Link or perhaps it's something else... I can't think of anything else...” Kidd said. When the gang reached another large chamber, they heard some voices. It was Jessie, James and the Clone. “You gotta protect us! Please!” James pleaded. “Those Pokemon are attacking us!” The Clone said, pointing to the three Legendary Golems. “Hey! There's a Registeel now with Regirock and Regice!” Will exclaimed. “Come on! Let's get outta here!” Will called. The gang ran off in a different direction, with Lucario shooting Aura Spheres at the Legendary Golems to hold them off. While the gang was running across a bridge, Meowth, Pikachu, Charmander and Mew saw the gang running. Meowth, however, noticed that Jessie, James and the Clone were with the gang. “Hey! It's Jessie, James and the Clone!” Meowth exclaimed in excitement. The four Pokemon continued to run and try to catch up with the gang. After safely crossing the bridge with the gang already ahead, Lucario shot an Aura Sphere at the bridge to break it so that the Legendary Golems would not be able to cross. After reaching another chamber with a fork in the path, the gang decided to split up in hopes of finding the missing Pokemon. “Alright, Kidd, you take Brock and Dawn down that path, and Ash, Lucario, and myself will go down this path. See if you can find Pikachu, Charmander and Meowth down that path!” Will would explain his plan. “Right!” Kidd said. So, she, Brock and Dawn went through another cave and began looking for the missing Pokemon. “You're really deciding to help us?” Will asked Lucario.

“It won't be easy searching for missing Pokemon that could be anywhere. I won't rest until I help you two find your Pokemon.” Lucario said. Will's face suddenly turned into a smile with a tear dripping down his face. “Thanks, Lucario....” Will said. “Alright! What are we waiting for?!” Ash said. So, he called out his Infernape and his Buizel. “Alright you two! Are you ready to help search for Pikachu?” Ash asked. “Ape! Yeah!” Infernape responded. “Bui, Bui! Yeah, definitely!” Buizel responded. After seeing Ash bring out some of his Pokemon, Will decided to join in on the action. “Alright, come on out, Empoleon and Floatzel!” Will called as he tossed two Poke Balls. “You guys ready to help search for Charmander?” Will asked. “Empoleon! Definitely!” Empoleon responded. “Float! Floatzel! Bring it on!” Floatzel responded. “Alright then! Infernape! Use Flamethrower! And Buizel! Use Water Gun!” Ash commanded. “Empoleon! Use Ice Beam! And Floatzel! Use Focus Blast!” Will commanded. So, the four Pokemon used their attacks to distract the Legendary Golems. As the four Pokemon ran right behind the boys, Ash stopped and yelled to the Legendary Golems. “Hey you three! Bet you can't catch us!” Ash chanted. Ash left and followed behind the four Pokemon, Will and Lucario. In another part of the Tree of Time, Pikachu, Charmander, Meowth and Mew followed the sounds of the voices of their trainers. Meowth followed closely behind and saw more cells of the Tree of Time moving towards the source of the voices. “What are those things?” Meowth wondered.

Chapter 4
Pikachu, Charmander and Meowth saved!

When Ash heard Pikachu yell, he followed the sound of the voice coming from another tunnel. “Pikachu!” Ash exclaimed. “Ash! Wait!” Will called as he followed Ash. When the boys came to the end of the tunnel, they were outside and found a bunch narrow paths to follow and there, Ash and Will saw their Pokemon! “Pikachu! Hang on, I'm coming!” Ash called as he started jumping on the narrow paths. Pikachu followed the paths, and fell off because of the wind! “Hang on! I got you, Pikachu!” Ash called trying to catch the falling Pikachu. Ash got Pikachu, but they were both falling. “Hang on you two! I gotcha!” Will yelled as he flew down to save the two friends. “You alright there, Ash?” Will asked. “Yeah, thanks!” Ash said. “How about you, Pikachu?” Will asked.
“Pika, pika! I'm fine! Thank you!” Pikachu said. When Will dropped off Pikachu and Ash on the ledge, he flew up to save Charmander and Meowth. And then, he safely brought them down. “Charmander! I'm so glad you're okay!” Will said in excitement. “Char! Char! Charmander! And I'm glad to see you're okay!” Charmander said. “Lucario, this is my good friend, Charmander. Charmander, this is the Lucario that helped me find you!” Will introduced. “Charmander! Nice to meet you!” Charmander said. “Nice to meet you too...” Lucario said. “Pikachu, this is the Lucario that helped me and Will find you and Charmander!” Ash introduced. “Pika! Hello!” Pikachu greeted happily. “Hello...” Lucario said. “Hey! What took you guys so long?!” Meowth snapped. “Meowth... so you really were here...” Will said. Then, Kidd suddenly showed up. “Am I glad I find you guys! Those cells are acting up again! We have to get out of here!” Kidd said. “Alright, let's get outta here, quick!” Will said.

Chapter 5
All hope lost?

As Will, Ash, Pikachu, Charmander, Meowth, Kidd and Mew followed Lucario, they ran into more cells of the Tree of Time. “Those cells... they swallowed Brock, Dawn, and those other three people...” Kidd said. “Wait, you don't mean Jessie, James and the Clone, right?” Meowth asked. Kidd nodded yes sadly. “My pals...?!” Meowth wondered. “This way!” Lucario called, pointing to where the gang where to go. So, they ran down the tunnel and saw a light at the end. “I think I see sunlight!” Ash said. “We're going to be alright!” Meowth cheered. At the end of the tunnel, they ended up in another large chamber. “I'll look for another way out...” Lucario said. He ran down to another part of the chamber, but suddenly, there was an ambush! Registeel suddenly grabbed Lucario and got him stuck in its grip! “Lucario! No!” Will shouted as he, Ash and Kidd were caught by the cells. “Will...!!” Lucario grunted. Then, Kidd released her two Weavile from their Poke Balls just before she was absorbed completely into the cells. “I'm afraid this is the end....” Kidd said as she disappeared. Before Ash disappeared, he released all of his Pokemon. Including, Torterra, Infernape, Buizel, Gible and Staraptor. “It looks like this is the end! I'll miss you guys!” Ash yelled as he disappeared. All of his Pokemon tried to pull Ash out, but it was no use. The cells on Will dissolved as it had earlier, leaving him speechless of what just happened. “ASH!!!” Will yelled.

Lucario broke free of Registeel's grip and he, along with Will, ran over to the spot where they saw the last remains of Ash disappeared. Will was horrified to see what just happened. “No.... Ash....!!” Will said as he began to drench his face with tears. Mew saw the sobbing hero and Pokemon and it began to listen to Will's desire. “Mew, with your power, please... bring back all of my friends who perished in the cells of the Tree of Time.... I beg you.... !!” Will sobbed. Mew could sense Will's and the Pokemons' pain and began to glow. Mew used its power to bring back Ash, Brock, Dawn, Kidd, and Team Rocket. When Ash was brought back, Will's face suddenly turned into a huge smile. “Ash!! You're back!! Ha ha ha ha!!” Will laughed with joy to see his friend brought back. All of Ash's Pokemon crowded around him and began to cheer. Kidd's two Weavile jumped into her arms and began to cheer. “I see, so Mew has the power to control the Tree of Time. Both of them are somehow connected. Even after Ganondorf took over this place and used it as his hideout, Mew still managed to survive." Kidd remarked. Suddenly, a twitch was felt. Something was wrong... Mew stopped floating and got sick. In the secret chamber, Ganondorf set his plan into motion after seeing Mew get sick. “Now is the time to turn the Tree of Time into my fortress once more... With that Pokemon sick, the Tree of Time is no longer under its control. Now to push the fortress control button and begin the takeover once more! The world will soon be under my foot for all eternity!” Ganondorf said. He pushed the button and the coloring of the Tree of Time began to change. It was changing into a fiery red color. Back where the group was, Will could feel the change that was happening. “Ash, something is causing the Tree of Time to change! We have to go to the source of the Tree of Time's life. If Mew can't survive, the Tree of Time will lose control!” Will said. Kidd contacted her agent to ask what was happening. “Well, it seems that the Tree of Time is transforming into... something.... and it looks like the cause of it is coming from a secret chamber that has a huge computer! I'll see if I can hack into the computer's system and find a way to stop the transformation! Until I do, you must take Mew to the heart of the Tree of Time! I'll bet anything that someone is behind this catastrophe!” The agent explained. “I'll bet that guy was referring to Ganondorf! So he HAS returned! We have to get Mew over to the heart of the Tree of Time!” Will said. “Someone, help us!!” A group of voices rang out. “Huh? That sounds like the guys!” Meowth said. The voices were that of Team Rocket's. “Hang on! I'm coming!” Meowth called. “Come on! Let's go!” Will shouted.

Chapter 6
Will's forgotten ancestry revealed!

As Will, Ash, Kidd, Lucario, Pikachu and Charmander rushed Mew over to the heart of the Tree of Time, they found a huge set of doors. “I'll do this...” Will said. He pushed the giant set of doors open and entered a huge chamber. The gang looked around the huge chamber and in the middle, there was a huge crystal with negative energy flowing in it. Ganondorf stood before the huge crystal with his long cape on his back facing the gang. “....I've been waiting for you... Hero of Time!” Ganondorf said. “What the...?! I'm not the Hero of Time!” Will snapped. “Foolish young man.... do you not remember when that Princess Zelda II dubbed you as the new Hero of Time? She did that for a reason...” Ganondorf said. “What do you mean?! Show your face already!!” Will shouted. “Allow me to formally introduce myself...” Ganondorf said as he turned around to face Will. “I am the Dark Lord, Ganondorf.... the ruler of the Tree of Time!” Ganondorf would introduce. Lucario was horrified to see that Ganondorf had escaped from his prison in the Dark World. “Will! This is the man who had brought war between Hyrule Palace and his helpless possessed Pokemon army! He is a man of pure evil!” Lucario told Will. “So you're Ganondorf.... why are you harming the Tree of Time?! And why did you possess Pokemon and use them like tools?!!!” Will asked. “Foolish young man... Pokemon mean nothing to me. In my eyes, I see them as only weapons of mass destruction....” Ganondorf smirked. “How.... DARE you!!!” Will shouted while beginning to rage. “What was the reason why Princess Zelda II dubbed me as the Hero of Time according to you?!” Will would ask. “Because... Link... the Hero of Time.... is your ancestor...” Ganondorf said. Will gasped in shock. After this whole time... he didn't even realize that Link had shared his flesh and blood with him... even after all the signs that hinted Will's connection to Link. It all made sense now. “Because that filthy Hero of Time is your ancestor, you hold some of his powers... which is why you have something that I am after...” Ganondorf said. “And what might that be....?” Will asked.

“In the past, shortly after my return, I had taken the Triforce of Wisdom from Princess Zelda I and I already had the Triforce of Power in my possession. With the two Triforce pieces, I had only required one last piece.... the Triforce of Courage that belonged to the Hero of Time, but that fool had disappeared after he sealed me away with that pathetic power of aura and the power of the Triforce of Courage! I knew that the Triforce of Courage would eventually fall into the hands of the descendant of the Hero of Time, and that descendant is.... you. You hold the Triforce of Courage... and this means....” Ganondorf explained and stopped his sentence and saw Will's right hand glowing. Will looked down and saw a golden triangle glow on the back of his right hand. “What the...? This is the Triforce of Courage?!” Will wondered. While not paying attention, Ganondorf ran towards Will and started to beat him up to the pulp! “GAAHH!!!” Will shouted as he was being punched up by the Dark Lord. “Will!!” Lucario shouted. “You stay out of this! I'll deal with you, later!” Ganondorf warned.

Chapter 7
The Triforce

He grabbed Will's right hand and made an evil smile. “Now! Let us put an end to that which binds us together!” Ganondorf said. While holding on to Will's right hand, and lifting his own hand, the two Triforce pieces disappeared from their hands and joined together with the piece of the Triforce of Wisdom and the three golden triangles formed together to complete the Triforce. The sacred triangles glowed a golden light and Ganondorf let out a hideous cackle. “Ha ha ha ha! None can stop me! This world belongs to me and me alone!” Ganondorf would cackle. As the Triforce was lowered to the ground, Ganondorf began his wish. “Gods of old! Hear my desire! Let the rays of the sun expose this world as it burns once more! GIVE THE WORLD TO ME!!!!” Ganondorf would wish. But, just as he was about to touch the Triforce to have his wish granted, a figure teleported in front of the Dark Lord and touched the Triforce before him. When the light cleared up, the figure was revealed to be Princess Zelda II! “Hey! It's Princess Zelda II!” Ash exclaimed. “Thank goodness you appeared on time!” Lucario said.

“He who touches the Triforce, will have whatever he desires granted... Is that not what you said to my ancestor, Ganondorf? You'll be the last person on Earth to ever touch the Triforce... Ganondorf!” Zelda II said. Ganondorf was left in a state of surprise and shock when he saw Zelda II beat him to the Triforce. Zelda II began her wish. “Gods of old! Hear my desire! Grant the Hero of Time's descendant your light to the Master Sword to have the power to vanquish the great evil that threatens this world! Offer your light of hope to the Master Sword so that the new Hero of Time can banish the great evil that threatens this world!!!” Zelda II would wish. After a few moments, the Triforce began emit a golden light and the three pieces of the Triforce were separated again and flew off into the heavens. “And so the light and hope of the old gods are granted.... Ganondorf! May the light of the gods blind you for all eternity!!” Zelda II said. The unconscious Will woke up and he saw the Master Sword's blade glow with a golden light. “The Master Sword.... it's been infused with the light of the gods!” Will exclaimed. “My ambitions... it's all been ruined.... because my goal of dominating the world has been ruined... I'll shall destroy you here!! Just see how much your precious Triforce is worth!!” Ganondorf would rage. “Alright, it's time to end this! Come on, Ganondorf!!” Will would challenge. And now, with the power of the gods' light and hope infused within the Master Sword, the Final Battle to decide to the fate of the world had officially begun!!

Chapter 8
Will vs. Ganondorf! Clash of Swords!!

As Ganondorf targeted Will, he would keep trying to get Will with his long sword. When Ganondorf tried to hit Will, Will would roll behind Ganondorf and hit Ganondorf's back with the Light-Infused Master Sword. This technique was called the Back Slice. Will used this technique multiple times and eventually, Ganondorf fell back and he quickly got back up. “Your skills are impressive, they even outmatch those of the Hero of Time... what are you??” Ganondorf would ask. “I am Will! Descendant to Link, the Hero of Time! Protector of the Universe! And the last face you'll ever see!!” Will bellowed. When Ganondorf started to get weaker, he charged at Will with his sword and Will charged at Ganondorf with the Light-Infused Master Sword. CLANG!! The two swords were grinding at each other, causing sparks to fly.
Will had the strength to push Ganondorf back, causing him to drop his guard. Will then kept slashing at Ganondorf with the Master Sword, eventually causing Ganondorf to fall onto his back. “I'm going to finish you off... GOOD BYE, GANONDORF!!!!” Will screamed. He jumped in the air with the Master Sword in both of his hands and jumped down and impaled Ganondorf in the stomach. This was the Ending Blow, the move that finally destroyed Ganondorf once and for all. Ganondorf let out a shout as the Master Sword was stuck in his stomach. “NNNNGGGHH.... Do not think this ends here.... my hate never perishes.... I will return one day...” Ganondorf would breath. Just as he kept standing, he saw an ancient figure in a vision. The figure cracked his neck and suddenly, Ganondorf's eyes turned completely white and with the remains of his dark powers, he died standing.....

Chapter 9
The Hero of Time's true intentions

After the death of Ganondorf, Ash ran over to Will and started cheering. “Wow Will! That was awesome! You totally kicked that guy's butt with that Master Sword!!” Ash said. “Well, it WAS pretty cool... heh heh!” Will chuckled. Lucario approached Will. “Will... thank you... I think it's finally over... Ganondorf is no more... peace has finally returned to the Hyrule Kingdom...” Lucario said. “You're welcome... I'm glad to help... and now to do this...” Will said. Will approached the sick Mew and used his ancestor's powers to heal Mew with the power of aura and the gods of old. After a few moments, Mew was fully healed. Mew went up to the energy source and restored the Tree of Time to its original and natural state. “Hey look! It's another Flower of Time!” Will said pointing to the old flower. He approached the Flower of Time and it activated a vision. The vision showed Link using the power of aura and the power of the Triforce of Courage to seal away Ganondorf into a world of eternal darkness. “Ganondorf! May you disappear into a world of eternal darkness!!” Link yelled in the vision.

“This is not the end, Hero of Time! I will return in the future to eliminate your descendant!” Ganondorf would yell as he was sealed away. “The bloodline and spirit of the hero will continue through the years! The bloodline will never cease to exist!” Link would say. After the sealing was done, Link sat down by a crystal, weak and dying from using every last bit of his power to seal away the Dark Lord. As Link sat down, dying, Will and Lucario stood closely to the vision. “Lucario... forgive me if you thought I betrayed you...” The Link vision said. “I.... I forgive you!” Lucario said while tears started dripping down his face. “I had to seal you inside the Master Sword so you wouldn't follow me here and suffer the same terrible fate... death.” Link would continue. “I understand!” Lucario said with tears still dripping down his face. “One day you will be released, most likely by one who carries the bloodline and the spirit of the hero before me... you will be released in a time of peace... I wonder what the future will be like? GAAAHH!! I have no regrets, my journey has been good and I have fulfilled my destiny. I'm sure the one who carries the hero's bloodline will continue on with my legacy and fulfill his destiny as the Hero of Time reborn... You and I shared many adventures.... I remember back when I was just a young boy, traveling around the Hyrule Kingdom from the forest, I found and saved you from a group of demons when you were just a Riolu... I'll never forget the adventures we had.... those memories.....” Link explained as he began to fade. “Master... if only you could hear me! I want to tell you how much you mean to me!” Lucario sobbed. “Lucario... farewell.... you were more to me than just a student... you were my closest and only friend...” Link said as he continued to fade. “I feel the same....” Lucario said with tears drenching his face. “Who knows? Maybe we'll meet again in another life.... I hope so, my friend......” Link said. Link had then vanished completely into the crystal and began to depart to another life. Lucario sobbed in pain for the loss of his old friend. “Link, my friend... I'm sorry I failed you...” Lucario said. Will started to cry because of his friend's loss. Will grabbed Lucario's hand and started to prove Lucario wrong. “That's not true! You've proven yourself to be a true wielder of aura and power! I can't stand it when you talk like that! I promise, I'll continue Link's legacy and prove to the world that he was the true Hero of Time!” Will told Lucario with tears dripping down his face. “Will... I thank you deeply for your sympathy and your determination to continue my friend's legacy...” Lucario said. “Come on, let's leave this place and let it heal....” Will said. So, Will, Lucario, Ash, Pikachu, Charmander and Kidd left the chamber and went outside to catch up with Dawn and Brock.

In a different part of the Tree of Time, Jessie, James and the Clone sat down on the ground, clueless as to what happened. “It appears that the Tree of Time has returned to normal...” The Clone said. “Heeey!” Meowth called. “Hey! It's Meowth!” Jessie exclaimed. “Ha ha ha ha ha!” The group laughed as they were all back together.

Final Chapter
Carrying on the Hero's Legacy

Soon, Dawn and Brock caught up with Will, Lucario, Ash, Pikachu, Charmander and Kidd. “Hey! There they are!” Dawn exclaimed. “They're all safe!” Dawn cheered. “And so is Kidd!!” Brock added. “What happened in there?” Brock asked. “Well... it's complicated. But I learned something.... Link was my ancestor, and I now know that I have to carry on his legacy as the Hero of Time reborn... Link really was a hero. He did seal away Ganondorf, but Ganondorf returned sometime later and he took two pieces of the Triforce and waited for years for the descendant of the Hero of Time—me-- to be born so he could get the Triforce of Courage from me and complete the Triforce to get his wish for world domination, until Princess Zelda II showed up and beat him to the Triforce. She made a wish to grant the light and hope of the gods of old into the Master Sword and that's when I clashed swords with Ganondorf and after weakening him, I finished him off with an Ending Blow to the stomach... Link wasn't just a teacher to Lucario, he was also Lucario's closest friend. And now I truly know, I have to carry on his legacy...” Will would explain. So, Will took out the Master Sword from his sheath and raised it skyward. “Wow, it's amazing how you have such a hefty destiny that is your burden to carry now... but it's hard to believe that Link is actually gone...” Brock said. Link isn't gone.... Will thought. “His power is mine! And I must continue his legacy!” Will said. With his new destiny, Will's dream of becoming a hero may have been finally realized....

Soon, Kidd took the gang back to Hyrule Palace where Princess Zelda II was waiting for Will. “Your highness, I've decided to return the Master Sword... is there a pedestal somewhere in this palace?” Will asked. “There is... follow me.” Princess Zelda II said. So, the gang followed Zelda II into a chamber hidden inside the basement where a pedestal lied in the middle of the chamber.

“This is the Pedestal of Time. This is where the Master Sword rested even before Hyrule Palace was founded by an ancient hero long ago... If you ever need the Master Sword's power again, I'll gladly welcome you here again and allow you to use the Master Sword in case if a new evil shall arise...” Princess Zelda II said. “Thank you, your highness” Will said. So, Will took out the Master Sword from his sheath and stuck the sword into the Pedestal of Time. “Alright, Ash, ready to go? Let's go and meet many more Pokemon!” Will said. “Yeah! I'm ready to go and meet more Pokemon!” Ash said while he was excited. Just before Ash, Will, Pikachu, Charmander, Brock and Dawn left, Will made his good-bye to Lucario. “Thank you for everything, Will.... I'll be thinking about you everyday....” Lucario said. “I'm glad I made a new friend. Don't worry, I promise I will return one day. Until then, I bid you a brief farewell! See ya!” Will said. And so, Ash, Will, Pikachu, Charmander, Brock and Dawn left the Hyrule Kingdom and continued on their journey through the Sinnoh Region. Will looked back towards Hyrule Palace and would always remember his experience here.... the place where he discovered his heroic ancestry and how he desired to carry on Link's legacy as the new Hero of Time.....

Chapter 1
The magnificent view of the Tree of Time's first chamber

At Hyrule Palace, Princess Zelda II stared out to the Tree of Time. “I'm worried about the group. Even with Lucario's help, the gang may fail. That dark presence from the Tree of Time keeps haunting me... I fear that Ganondorf may still be lurking within the Tree of Time... His evil presence is clear to me now... May the power of the Golden Goddesses and the spirit of aura protect them...” Zelda II said to herself. Back at the Tree of Time, Will caught up with the group and Lucario. “Will! I'm glad to see that you're okay!” Ash said. “So, what happened to Regirock?” Lucario asked. “This seems really strange, but when I drew the Master Sword from my sheath, Regirock suddenly just walked off, as if it didn't want to fight me...” Will explained. “That seems strange... perhaps it's because of your aura, it's the same as Link's, isn't it?” Kidd said. “Yeah, or perhaps Regirock thought I must've been Link...” Will said. Suddenly, the gang saw a light at the end of the tunnel. When they reached the end, they saw a beautiful view of the inside of the Tree of Time. “Wow.... this looks amazing....!” Will gasped in amazement. “Shouldn't Charmander, Pikachu and Meowth be right above us?” Ash asked. “That's right...” Lucario said.
“Great! Here we come, Pikachu!” Ash shouted in excitement. “Ash, wait up! I'm coming, Charmander!” Will called. “Hey you two! How do you know where to find them?” Dawn asked. “We just keep going up until we reach the above level! Isn't that right, Lucario?” Ash said and asked. “That's the right idea...” Lucario said. “So then, let's go!” Ash said. When Ash and Will got outside, they shouted out to Pikachu and Charmander. “HEY!! PIKACHU!! CAN YOU HEAR ME???” Ash called. “CHARMANDER!! WHERE ARE YOU???” Will called. In the hidden area, the two Pokemon heard their trainers. So they ran outside and yelled to respond to Ash and Will. “PIKA!! PI!!! I'M OUT HERE, ASH!!!” Pikachu called. “CHAR! CHARMANDER!!! I'M OVER HERE, WILL!!!” Charmander called. Ash and Will heard their Pokemon and got excited. “It's Pikachu!” Ash exclaimed. “I heard Charmander! He's still alive!” Will exclaimed. “Hold on, you two!” Lucario called as the two boys ran towards the voices. “GAAH!! What's that?!” Ash and Will yelled as something shot an Ice Beam. It was another Legendary Golem!

Chapter 2
Another attack! This time by Regice?!

Ash and Will saw Regice attack and as it fired another Ice Beam, Lucario jumped in front of the boys and fired an Aura Sphere to counter the Ice Beam. “We have to get away from Regice! Let's find another route!” Will shouted. “Right!” Ash said. As the boys and Lucario ran down the hill, they told the gang what was happening. “It's Regice! It's attacking us and we have to get away!” Will warned the gang. The gang ran away from Regice, eventually managing to escape. In a different part of the Tree of Time, one of the small cameras that Kidd sent flying was destroyed by one of Ganondorf's devices. He saw the gang traveling through the area and he knew that the Legendary Golems would be a threat to his plans, so he tried to use his devices' missile launchers to eliminate the Legendary Golems, but one device was crushed by the third Legendary Golem, Registeel.

Chapter 3
The Dangers continue

Meanwhile, Kidd contacted her agent and he gave her more information on the Tree of Time. “It seems that the Tree of Time is also a living being and it has cells that are very similar to those cells in the Tree of Beginning. Be careful out there! Those cells will try to eliminate those considered to be viruses!” The agent said. “Alright, thanks for the heads-up.” Kidd said. Eventually, the gang ran into a group of cells that were after them. “Ash! Get down!” Will shouted. He pushed Ash out of the way and suddenly appeared to have been absorbed into the cell. However, the cell suddenly dissolved off of Will, similar to how Regirock just walked away when Will drew the Master Sword. “Hey, that cell just disappeared off of Will! Could it be because of Will's connection to Link?” Ash wondered. “It is possible... maybe back when Link was around, the Legendary Golems and the cells of the Tree of Time could never harm Link or perhaps it's something else... I can't think of anything else...” Kidd said. When the gang reached another large chamber, they heard some voices. It was Jessie, James and the Clone. “You gotta protect us! Please!” James pleaded. “Those Pokemon are attacking us!” The Clone said, pointing to the three Legendary Golems. “Hey! There's a Registeel now with Regirock and Regice!” Will exclaimed. “Come on! Let's get outta here!” Will called. The gang ran off in a different direction, with Lucario shooting Aura Spheres at the Legendary Golems to hold them off. While the gang was running across a bridge, Meowth, Pikachu, Charmander and Mew saw the gang running. Meowth, however, noticed that Jessie, James and the Clone were with the gang. “Hey! It's Jessie, James and the Clone!” Meowth exclaimed in excitement. The four Pokemon continued to run and try to catch up with the gang. After safely crossing the bridge with the gang already ahead, Lucario shot an Aura Sphere at the bridge to break it so that the Legendary Golems would not be able to cross. After reaching another chamber with a fork in the path, the gang decided to split up in hopes of finding the missing Pokemon. “Alright, Kidd, you take Brock and Dawn down that path, and Ash, Lucario, and myself will go down this path. See if you can find Pikachu, Charmander and Meowth down that path!” Will would explain his plan. “Right!” Kidd said. So, she, Brock and Dawn went through another cave and began looking for the missing Pokemon. “You're really deciding to help us?” Will asked Lucario.

“It won't be easy searching for missing Pokemon that could be anywhere. I won't rest until I help you two find your Pokemon.” Lucario said. Will's face suddenly turned into a smile with a tear dripping down his face. “Thanks, Lucario....” Will said. “Alright! What are we waiting for?!” Ash said. So, he called out his Infernape and his Buizel. “Alright you two! Are you ready to help search for Pikachu?” Ash asked. “Ape! Yeah!” Infernape responded. “Bui, Bui! Yeah, definitely!” Buizel responded. After seeing Ash bring out some of his Pokemon, Will decided to join in on the action. “Alright, come on out, Empoleon and Floatzel!” Will called as he tossed two Poke Balls. “You guys ready to help search for Charmander?” Will asked. “Empoleon! Definitely!” Empoleon responded. “Float! Floatzel! Bring it on!” Floatzel responded. “Alright then! Infernape! Use Flamethrower! And Buizel! Use Water Gun!” Ash commanded. “Empoleon! Use Ice Beam! And Floatzel! Use Focus Blast!” Will commanded. So, the four Pokemon used their attacks to distract the Legendary Golems. As the four Pokemon ran right behind the boys, Ash stopped and yelled to the Legendary Golems. “Hey you three! Bet you can't catch us!” Ash chanted. Ash left and followed behind the four Pokemon, Will and Lucario. In another part of the Tree of Time, Pikachu, Charmander, Meowth and Mew followed the sounds of the voices of their trainers. Meowth followed closely behind and saw more cells of the Tree of Time moving towards the source of the voices. “What are those things?” Meowth wondered.

Chapter 4
Pikachu, Charmander and Meowth saved!

When Ash heard Pikachu yell, he followed the sound of the voice coming from another tunnel. “Pikachu!” Ash exclaimed. “Ash! Wait!” Will called as he followed Ash. When the boys came to the end of the tunnel, they were outside and found a bunch narrow paths to follow and there, Ash and Will saw their Pokemon! “Pikachu! Hang on, I'm coming!” Ash called as he started jumping on the narrow paths. Pikachu followed the paths, and fell off because of the wind! “Hang on! I got you, Pikachu!” Ash called trying to catch the falling Pikachu. Ash got Pikachu, but they were both falling. “Hang on you two! I gotcha!” Will yelled as he flew down to save the two friends. “You alright there, Ash?” Will asked. “Yeah, thanks!” Ash said. “How about you, Pikachu?” Will asked.
“Pika, pika! I'm fine! Thank you!” Pikachu said. When Will dropped off Pikachu and Ash on the ledge, he flew up to save Charmander and Meowth. And then, he safely brought them down. “Charmander! I'm so glad you're okay!” Will said in excitement. “Char! Char! Charmander! And I'm glad to see you're okay!” Charmander said. “Lucario, this is my good friend, Charmander. Charmander, this is the Lucario that helped me find you!” Will introduced. “Charmander! Nice to meet you!” Charmander said. “Nice to meet you too...” Lucario said. “Pikachu, this is the Lucario that helped me and Will find you and Charmander!” Ash introduced. “Pika! Hello!” Pikachu greeted happily. “Hello...” Lucario said. “Hey! What took you guys so long?!” Meowth snapped. “Meowth... so you really were here...” Will said. Then, Kidd suddenly showed up. “Am I glad I find you guys! Those cells are acting up again! We have to get out of here!” Kidd said. “Alright, let's get outta here, quick!” Will said.

Chapter 5
All hope lost?

As Will, Ash, Pikachu, Charmander, Meowth, Kidd and Mew followed Lucario, they ran into more cells of the Tree of Time. “Those cells... they swallowed Brock, Dawn, and those other three people...” Kidd said. “Wait, you don't mean Jessie, James and the Clone, right?” Meowth asked. Kidd nodded yes sadly. “My pals...?!” Meowth wondered. “This way!” Lucario called, pointing to where the gang where to go. So, they ran down the tunnel and saw a light at the end. “I think I see sunlight!” Ash said. “We're going to be alright!” Meowth cheered. At the end of the tunnel, they ended up in another large chamber. “I'll look for another way out...” Lucario said. He ran down to another part of the chamber, but suddenly, there was an ambush! Registeel suddenly grabbed Lucario and got him stuck in its grip! “Lucario! No!” Will shouted as he, Ash and Kidd were caught by the cells. “Will...!!” Lucario grunted. Then, Kidd released her two Weavile from their Poke Balls just before she was absorbed completely into the cells. “I'm afraid this is the end....” Kidd said as she disappeared. Before Ash disappeared, he released all of his Pokemon. Including, Torterra, Infernape, Buizel, Gible and Staraptor. “It looks like this is the end! I'll miss you guys!” Ash yelled as he disappeared. All of his Pokemon tried to pull Ash out, but it was no use. The cells on Will dissolved as it had earlier, leaving him speechless of what just happened. “ASH!!!” Will yelled.

Lucario broke free of Registeel's grip and he, along with Will, ran over to the spot where they saw the last remains of Ash disappeared. Will was horrified to see what just happened. “No.... Ash....!!” Will said as he began to drench his face with tears. Mew saw the sobbing hero and Pokemon and it began to listen to Will's desire. “Mew, with your power, please... bring back all of my friends who perished in the cells of the Tree of Time.... I beg you.... !!” Will sobbed. Mew could sense Will's and the Pokemons' pain and began to glow. Mew used its power to bring back Ash, Brock, Dawn, Kidd, and Team Rocket. When Ash was brought back, Will's face suddenly turned into a huge smile. “Ash!! You're back!! Ha ha ha ha!!” Will laughed with joy to see his friend brought back. All of Ash's Pokemon crowded around him and began to cheer. Kidd's two Weavile jumped into her arms and began to cheer. “I see, so Mew has the power to control the Tree of Time. Both of them are somehow connected. Even after Ganondorf took over this place and used it as his hideout, Mew still managed to survive." Kidd remarked. Suddenly, a twitch was felt. Something was wrong... Mew stopped floating and got sick. In the secret chamber, Ganondorf set his plan into motion after seeing Mew get sick. “Now is the time to turn the Tree of Time into my fortress once more... With that Pokemon sick, the Tree of Time is no longer under its control. Now to push the fortress control button and begin the takeover once more! The world will soon be under my foot for all eternity!” Ganondorf said. He pushed the button and the coloring of the Tree of Time began to change. It was changing into a fiery red color. Back where the group was, Will could feel the change that was happening. “Ash, something is causing the Tree of Time to change! We have to go to the source of the Tree of Time's life. If Mew can't survive, the Tree of Time will lose control!” Will said. Kidd contacted her agent to ask what was happening. “Well, it seems that the Tree of Time is transforming into... something.... and it looks like the cause of it is coming from a secret chamber that has a huge computer! I'll see if I can hack into the computer's system and find a way to stop the transformation! Until I do, you must take Mew to the heart of the Tree of Time! I'll bet anything that someone is behind this catastrophe!” The agent explained. “I'll bet that guy was referring to Ganondorf! So he HAS returned! We have to get Mew over to the heart of the Tree of Time!” Will said. “Someone, help us!!” A group of voices rang out. “Huh? That sounds like the guys!” Meowth said. The voices were that of Team Rocket's. “Hang on! I'm coming!” Meowth called. “Come on! Let's go!” Will shouted.

Chapter 6
Will's forgotten ancestry revealed!

As Will, Ash, Kidd, Lucario, Pikachu and Charmander rushed Mew over to the heart of the Tree of Time, they found a huge set of doors. “I'll do this...” Will said. He pushed the giant set of doors open and entered a huge chamber. The gang looked around the huge chamber and in the middle, there was a huge crystal with negative energy flowing in it. Ganondorf stood before the huge crystal with his long cape on his back facing the gang. “....I've been waiting for you... Hero of Time!” Ganondorf said. “What the...?! I'm not the Hero of Time!” Will snapped. “Foolish young man.... do you not remember when that Princess Zelda II dubbed you as the new Hero of Time? She did that for a reason...” Ganondorf said. “What do you mean?! Show your face already!!” Will shouted. “Allow me to formally introduce myself...” Ganondorf said as he turned around to face Will. “I am the Dark Lord, Ganondorf.... the ruler of the Tree of Time!” Ganondorf would introduce. Lucario was horrified to see that Ganondorf had escaped from his prison in the Dark World. “Will! This is the man who had brought war between Hyrule Palace and his helpless possessed Pokemon army! He is a man of pure evil!” Lucario told Will. “So you're Ganondorf.... why are you harming the Tree of Time?! And why did you possess Pokemon and use them like tools?!!!” Will asked. “Foolish young man... Pokemon mean nothing to me. In my eyes, I see them as only weapons of mass destruction....” Ganondorf smirked. “How.... DARE you!!!” Will shouted while beginning to rage. “What was the reason why Princess Zelda II dubbed me as the Hero of Time according to you?!” Will would ask. “Because... Link... the Hero of Time.... is your ancestor...” Ganondorf said. Will gasped in shock. After this whole time... he didn't even realize that Link had shared his flesh and blood with him... even after all the signs that hinted Will's connection to Link. It all made sense now. “Because that filthy Hero of Time is your ancestor, you hold some of his powers... which is why you have something that I am after...” Ganondorf said. “And what might that be....?” Will asked.

“In the past, shortly after my return, I had taken the Triforce of Wisdom from Princess Zelda I and I already had the Triforce of Power in my possession. With the two Triforce pieces, I had only required one last piece.... the Triforce of Courage that belonged to the Hero of Time, but that fool had disappeared after he sealed me away with that pathetic power of aura and the power of the Triforce of Courage! I knew that the Triforce of Courage would eventually fall into the hands of the descendant of the Hero of Time, and that descendant is.... you. You hold the Triforce of Courage... and this means....” Ganondorf explained and stopped his sentence and saw Will's right hand glowing. Will looked down and saw a golden triangle glow on the back of his right hand. “What the...? This is the Triforce of Courage?!” Will wondered. While not paying attention, Ganondorf ran towards Will and started to beat him up to the pulp! “GAAHH!!!” Will shouted as he was being punched up by the Dark Lord. “Will!!” Lucario shouted. “You stay out of this! I'll deal with you, later!” Ganondorf warned.

Chapter 7
The Triforce

He grabbed Will's right hand and made an evil smile. “Now! Let us put an end to that which binds us together!” Ganondorf said. While holding on to Will's right hand, and lifting his own hand, the two Triforce pieces disappeared from their hands and joined together with the piece of the Triforce of Wisdom and the three golden triangles formed together to complete the Triforce. The sacred triangles glowed a golden light and Ganondorf let out a hideous cackle. “Ha ha ha ha! None can stop me! This world belongs to me and me alone!” Ganondorf would cackle. As the Triforce was lowered to the ground, Ganondorf began his wish. “Gods of old! Hear my desire! Let the rays of the sun expose this world as it burns once more! GIVE THE WORLD TO ME!!!!” Ganondorf would wish. But, just as he was about to touch the Triforce to have his wish granted, a figure teleported in front of the Dark Lord and touched the Triforce before him. When the light cleared up, the figure was revealed to be Princess Zelda II! “Hey! It's Princess Zelda II!” Ash exclaimed. “Thank goodness you appeared on time!” Lucario said.

“He who touches the Triforce, will have whatever he desires granted... Is that not what you said to my ancestor, Ganondorf? You'll be the last person on Earth to ever touch the Triforce... Ganondorf!” Zelda II said. Ganondorf was left in a state of surprise and shock when he saw Zelda II beat him to the Triforce. Zelda II began her wish. “Gods of old! Hear my desire! Grant the Hero of Time's descendant your light to the Master Sword to have the power to vanquish the great evil that threatens this world! Offer your light of hope to the Master Sword so that the new Hero of Time can banish the great evil that threatens this world!!!” Zelda II would wish. After a few moments, the Triforce began emit a golden light and the three pieces of the Triforce were separated again and flew off into the heavens. “And so the light and hope of the old gods are granted.... Ganondorf! May the light of the gods blind you for all eternity!!” Zelda II said. The unconscious Will woke up and he saw the Master Sword's blade glow with a golden light. “The Master Sword.... it's been infused with the light of the gods!” Will exclaimed. “My ambitions... it's all been ruined.... because my goal of dominating the world has been ruined... I'll shall destroy you here!! Just see how much your precious Triforce is worth!!” Ganondorf would rage. “Alright, it's time to end this! Come on, Ganondorf!!” Will would challenge. And now, with the power of the gods' light and hope infused within the Master Sword, the Final Battle to decide to the fate of the world had officially begun!!

Chapter 8
Will vs. Ganondorf! Clash of Swords!!

As Ganondorf targeted Will, he would keep trying to get Will with his long sword. When Ganondorf tried to hit Will, Will would roll behind Ganondorf and hit Ganondorf's back with the Light-Infused Master Sword. This technique was called the Back Slice. Will used this technique multiple times and eventually, Ganondorf fell back and he quickly got back up. “Your skills are impressive, they even outmatch those of the Hero of Time... what are you??” Ganondorf would ask. “I am Will! Descendant to Link, the Hero of Time! Protector of the Universe! And the last face you'll ever see!!” Will bellowed. When Ganondorf started to get weaker, he charged at Will with his sword and Will charged at Ganondorf with the Light-Infused Master Sword. CLANG!! The two swords were grinding at each other, causing sparks to fly.
Will had the strength to push Ganondorf back, causing him to drop his guard. Will then kept slashing at Ganondorf with the Master Sword, eventually causing Ganondorf to fall onto his back. “I'm going to finish you off... GOOD BYE, GANONDORF!!!!” Will screamed. He jumped in the air with the Master Sword in both of his hands and jumped down and impaled Ganondorf in the stomach. This was the Ending Blow, the move that finally destroyed Ganondorf once and for all. Ganondorf let out a shout as the Master Sword was stuck in his stomach. “NNNNGGGHH.... Do not think this ends here.... my hate never perishes.... I will return one day...” Ganondorf would breath. Just as he kept standing, he saw an ancient figure in a vision. The figure cracked his neck and suddenly, Ganondorf's eyes turned completely white and with the remains of his dark powers, he died standing.....

Chapter 9
The Hero of Time's true intentions

After the death of Ganondorf, Ash ran over to Will and started cheering. “Wow Will! That was awesome! You totally kicked that guy's butt with that Master Sword!!” Ash said. “Well, it WAS pretty cool... heh heh!” Will chuckled. Lucario approached Will. “Will... thank you... I think it's finally over... Ganondorf is no more... peace has finally returned to the Hyrule Kingdom...” Lucario said. “You're welcome... I'm glad to help... and now to do this...” Will said. Will approached the sick Mew and used his ancestor's powers to heal Mew with the power of aura and the gods of old. After a few moments, Mew was fully healed. Mew went up to the energy source and restored the Tree of Time to its original and natural state. “Hey look! It's another Flower of Time!” Will said pointing to the old flower. He approached the Flower of Time and it activated a vision. The vision showed Link using the power of aura and the power of the Triforce of Courage to seal away Ganondorf into a world of eternal darkness. “Ganondorf! May you disappear into a world of eternal darkness!!” Link yelled in the vision.

“This is not the end, Hero of Time! I will return in the future to eliminate your descendant!” Ganondorf would yell as he was sealed away. “The bloodline and spirit of the hero will continue through the years! The bloodline will never cease to exist!” Link would say. After the sealing was done, Link sat down by a crystal, weak and dying from using every last bit of his power to seal away the Dark Lord. As Link sat down, dying, Will and Lucario stood closely to the vision. “Lucario... forgive me if you thought I betrayed you...” The Link vision said. “I.... I forgive you!” Lucario said while tears started dripping down his face. “I had to seal you inside the Master Sword so you wouldn't follow me here and suffer the same terrible fate... death.” Link would continue. “I understand!” Lucario said with tears still dripping down his face. “One day you will be released, most likely by one who carries the bloodline and the spirit of the hero before me... you will be released in a time of peace... I wonder what the future will be like? GAAAHH!! I have no regrets, my journey has been good and I have fulfilled my destiny. I'm sure the one who carries the hero's bloodline will continue on with my legacy and fulfill his destiny as the Hero of Time reborn... You and I shared many adventures.... I remember back when I was just a young boy, traveling around the Hyrule Kingdom from the forest, I found and saved you from a group of demons when you were just a Riolu... I'll never forget the adventures we had.... those memories.....” Link explained as he began to fade. “Master... if only you could hear me! I want to tell you how much you mean to me!” Lucario sobbed. “Lucario... farewell.... you were more to me than just a student... you were my closest and only friend...” Link said as he continued to fade. “I feel the same....” Lucario said with tears drenching his face. “Who knows? Maybe we'll meet again in another life.... I hope so, my friend......” Link said. Link had then vanished completely into the crystal and began to depart to another life. Lucario sobbed in pain for the loss of his old friend. “Link, my friend... I'm sorry I failed you...” Lucario said. Will started to cry because of his friend's loss. Will grabbed Lucario's hand and started to prove Lucario wrong. “That's not true! You've proven yourself to be a true wielder of aura and power! I can't stand it when you talk like that! I promise, I'll continue Link's legacy and prove to the world that he was the true Hero of Time!” Will told Lucario with tears dripping down his face. “Will... I thank you deeply for your sympathy and your determination to continue my friend's legacy...” Lucario said. “Come on, let's leave this place and let it heal....” Will said. So, Will, Lucario, Ash, Pikachu, Charmander and Kidd left the chamber and went outside to catch up with Dawn and Brock.

In a different part of the Tree of Time, Jessie, James and the Clone sat down on the ground, clueless as to what happened. “It appears that the Tree of Time has returned to normal...” The Clone said. “Heeey!” Meowth called. “Hey! It's Meowth!” Jessie exclaimed. “Ha ha ha ha ha!” The group laughed as they were all back together.

Final Chapter
Carrying on the Hero's Legacy

Soon, Dawn and Brock caught up with Will, Lucario, Ash, Pikachu, Charmander and Kidd. “Hey! There they are!” Dawn exclaimed. “They're all safe!” Dawn cheered. “And so is Kidd!!” Brock added. “What happened in there?” Brock asked. “Well... it's complicated. But I learned something.... Link was my ancestor, and I now know that I have to carry on his legacy as the Hero of Time reborn... Link really was a hero. He did seal away Ganondorf, but Ganondorf returned sometime later and he took two pieces of the Triforce and waited for years for the descendant of the Hero of Time—me-- to be born so he could get the Triforce of Courage from me and complete the Triforce to get his wish for world domination, until Princess Zelda II showed up and beat him to the Triforce. She made a wish to grant the light and hope of the gods of old into the Master Sword and that's when I clashed swords with Ganondorf and after weakening him, I finished him off with an Ending Blow to the stomach... Link wasn't just a teacher to Lucario, he was also Lucario's closest friend. And now I truly know, I have to carry on his legacy...” Will would explain. So, Will took out the Master Sword from his sheath and raised it skyward. “Wow, it's amazing how you have such a hefty destiny that is your burden to carry now... but it's hard to believe that Link is actually gone...” Brock said. Link isn't gone.... Will thought. “His power is mine! And I must continue his legacy!” Will said. With his new destiny, Will's dream of becoming a hero may have been finally realized....

Soon, Kidd took the gang back to Hyrule Palace where Princess Zelda II was waiting for Will. “Your highness, I've decided to return the Master Sword... is there a pedestal somewhere in this palace?” Will asked. “There is... follow me.” Princess Zelda II said. So, the gang followed Zelda II into a chamber hidden inside the basement where a pedestal lied in the middle of the chamber.

“This is the Pedestal of Time. This is where the Master Sword rested even before Hyrule Palace was founded by an ancient hero long ago... If you ever need the Master Sword's power again, I'll gladly welcome you here again and allow you to use the Master Sword in case if a new evil shall arise...” Princess Zelda II said. “Thank you, your highness” Will said. So, Will took out the Master Sword from his sheath and stuck the sword into the Pedestal of Time. “Alright, Ash, ready to go? Let's go and meet many more Pokemon!” Will said. “Yeah! I'm ready to go and meet more Pokemon!” Ash said while he was excited. Just before Ash, Will, Pikachu, Charmander, Brock and Dawn left, Will made his good-bye to Lucario. “Thank you for everything, Will.... I'll be thinking about you everyday....” Lucario said. “I'm glad I made a new friend. Don't worry, I promise I will return one day. Until then, I bid you a brief farewell! See ya!” Will said. And so, Ash, Will, Pikachu, Charmander, Brock and Dawn left the Hyrule Kingdom and continued on their journey through the Sinnoh Region. Will looked back towards Hyrule Palace and would always remember his experience here.... the place where he discovered his heroic ancestry and how he desired to carry on Link's legacy as the new Hero of Time.....
