Very nicely done. I know this is a very nitpicky detail but, I believe he has two right hands. If you look at the one grabbing Mokuba's arm, it should be that his fingers are exposed to the audience rather than the back of his hand.
Otherwise, great image and great headcannon! I can definitely see Kaiba being one prone to anxiety attacks.

well he did sort of have panic attacks in canon anyway (when isis showed him the tablet and when he realized he could read the text on the ra card) and he does have a lot of ocd tendencies which might suggest he has some sort of anxiety disorder soΒ
also like, try to imagine having to run an entire company when you're only 16 (18 in the dub) and not have anxiety issuesΒ
