Description
After some time, I decided to do another animation, this time of Jacen attacking with a water blast.Being a water type, Buizel and Floatzel normally shoot water from their mouths, Jacen, however, being a robot Floatzel, uses water attacks in a different way because of how his "mouth" is structured (a flashing lightbulb that lights up when he speaks), so when Jacen attacks, he converts his arm into a water cannon to attack his foes.
Jacen the Robot Floatzel is owned by me
Floatzel is owned by Nintendo and Game Freak

And if you noticed it, I did a new thing with the mouth-light, it's now Dark green instead of white before it flashes

Well, there actually is no move named "Water Cannon", he could be using any water type attack, this is how he uses all water type moves since his mouth is simply a flashing lightbulb

I know, but Floatzel cannot learn that move sadly (Floatzel can learn Hydro Pump though, but not Hydro Cannon)

Yes, Floatzel's can learn Hydro Pump
Though Jacen doesn't know Hydro Pump, his moveset is follows: Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Ice Fang, Surf
