Description
After some time, I decided to do another animation, this time of Jacen attacking with a water blast.

Being a water type, Buizel and Floatzel normally shoot water from their mouths, Jacen, however, being a robot Floatzel, uses water attacks in a different way because of how his "mouth" is structured (a flashing lightbulb that lights up when he speaks), so when Jacen attacks, he converts his arm into a water cannon to attack his foes.
