Description
Here's a character I feel desperately needed an update. Josiah the Robot Badger has always been one of my personal favorite bots, probably my favorite after Jack and Ellie, and yet I only really drew him once, and feel his design needed to be reworked, to be more "badger-y" in appearance.

One of the experimental robots of Arcanis Labs, Josiah was once a normal human who volunteered to be converted into an Anthroid, in this case, a robotic badger. Upon conversion through nanotechnology, he quickly adjusted to his new anthro badger body. Initially he wanted to be a comic book designer, but his family wanted him to work in the family business of construction, so he requested he be turned into an android with multiple purposes regarding construction and demolition, as well as mining and archeological digs, but mostly demolition of older buildings and structures.

Josiah is one of the more reserved bots, he's often quite chill and tends to focus a lot on his job, but can easily get excited about certain things. He often hopes he finds something exciting while underground and likes the idea of there being underground civilizations or finding ancient ruins of some lost civilization from long ago. If he does find something cool, he likes to talk about it A LOT. He's really big on escapist media such as comic books, anime, video games and tabletop RPGs, often hosting roleplay campaigns along with his close friends Jack and Ellie , though Elliot , Vern , Gwen and Jenna like to participate as well.

The cannon on his back is retractable and can shoot explosive blasts, which can be highly dangerous. He can also change his arm into a drill for digging into hard rock, along with elongating his claws for digging into softer soil. The visor on his face can also flip up and is mostly for aesthetic. When speaking, his mouth will light up and glow, and his nose is part of his cooling system and will often get cold and wet like a normal badger nose would. He also has a good sense of smell and can detect things very easily with an equipped radar system.
