This image was drawn back in 2016, so if it looks like my older style, that's because it is. It's being posted now for April Fools 2023 as I wanted to try something different for my "April Fools joke".

During the month of February 2016, I did an art challenge in which I drew robotic versions several of my favorite Pokemon species, lasting 16 days (save for one delay). It was the most ambitious project I did at the time, and it was heavily inspired by a friend's project of drawing robotic Pokemon, which I referred to as "Robomon" (yeah, I wasn't that original). It was pretty fun! I was going to do a second one later that year, but it ended up being cancelled due to real life happenings.

Only two Robot Pokemon were drawn for the second challenge before it was cancelled, which I am going to post as bonus pictures. This was to be Day 2's robot, an Umbreon robot. It's kind of a shame I cancelled the second challenge after this one, because I really liked how this one turned out, but I was going through a lot of emotional turmoil at the time and did not want to stress myself out with a major project.

As I began to calm down, I considered delaying it until the winter because Pokemon Sun and Moon were coming out and that would give me a bunch of new Pokemon to make for the second challenge, but it never came to be and I eventually forgot about it and moved on.

- ELEMENT: Dark
- ABILITY: Synchronize
- ENERGY SOURCE: Rechargeable electrical battery
- COMMUNICATION: LED eye lights (eyes glow when talking)
- COOLING SYSTEM: Liquid coolant, excess moisture condensates through nose (wet nose)

ADDITIONAL ABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Night vision
- Yellow rings will illuminate in dark areas
- Light-refracting cells in the metal that can turn it invisible
