Description "Conquest is made of the ashes of one's enemies."

Starscream is the treacherous Decepticon Air Commander and the deadliest of the Seekers. The self-proclaimed pride of the Cybertron War Academy, he's famous not only for his incredible skill, but also for his limitless (and troublesome) ambition. Starscream believes that he is more suited for command than Decepticon leader Megatron, his motive depending on the universe, from simply wanting the title to stroke his ego to having genuine concerns with how Megatron is running things. Thankfully for Megatron, Starscream's mutinous, power-grabbing plots are almost always transparent, and he can never muster up enough patience to complete a grandiose power play. Even on the few times he has taken command of the Decepticons, he quickly loses control of a situation, but is too arrogant to realize when he's in over his head. He never learns from his mistakes, but then again, Megatron doesn't either, seeing as how he's never turned Starscream into slag. Despite his constant failures, Starscream believes it is only a matter of time before he prevails—his destiny is inevitable.
Starscream's never-give-up attitude extends even to the afterlife: unlike most Transformers, he has a mutant, indestructible spark. His life-force cannot be destroyed and can persist even without a body to contain it. However, there is no indication that Starscream (or anybody else) was aware of this fact prior to his destruction. Though ever the opportunist, Starscream's boundless ambition drew him into the nascent Decepticon movement and catapulted him through the ranks as Cybertron collapsed into endless war. Though an intelligent, capable leader in his own right, Starscream struggled to distinguish himself from the shadow of Megatron–a relationship that ended with Megatron invariably reminding Starscream of his place after several failed coups and bungled stints at leadership.

So, WHY Starscream all of a sudden? WHY him? Well, I'll tell you: Starscream is also another one of my favorite characters (despite that I don't like his attempts on being the new leader) in the transformers history ever since. His body design emulates that of the Armada version (Which works WAY better than that, I have nothing against those previous incarnations), but his behavior is still akin to the G1 version in which he's still an egotistical nitwit who wants Megatron out of the picture, rather than avenge his death. More importantly, since his body goes well, I also added the null-rays on his arms (In my opinion, they should have been added WAYYYYY back in 2002 since the Unicron Trilogy era). And I like the way how they kept him alive as a ghost in the season 3 episode since his death in the animated movie from 1986. But hate him all you want you Decepticlods, because Starscream here is one of my best designs I've ever done, even though I still hate him so much as I like him as a hapless SHMUCK.

Up next: His brother Sunstreaker who hates getting his paint scratched (and I'm sure Knockout would agree on THAT)....
