Watching all the new stories from SSF4 and some spoilers from the anime totally inspired me to draw this. (=To be honest, I wanted to draw Bison performing Psycho Punisher on Juri, but I couldn't make it look very good so I changed the concept.
Also, I kinda tried to draw it manga-commic-book style... yeah, I know... XD
