Fuck yeah. And if you read up on their history, then they got utterly buttfucked by the Council. Even more reason for me to decide against saving them in ME1. And my reluctance to want to involve them in ME2.

See, not saving them wasn't even an option for me, because back then the only outcome I could foresee from letting the council die is full-scale galactic war, something which would have caused all progress against the Reapers to grind to a screeching halt. Actually, that may still happen in ME3.
I hope we can get Quarians back on the Citadel. Maybe if you have Tali in your party in all three games?

Well, in case of a war, it's just up to Humanity to play out the other races against each other. And then just ride it out.
Besides, the Council didn't believe in the Reaper Threat. They still refer to it as Shepard's wild goose-chase, fabrications of Saren and the Geth.
I am curious about ME3, though, and it's outcome.
