Description
This is Vixi, she was a character created during an RP me and had, she was originally supposed to be a Vulpix but was later changed to an Eevee.

She is also going to be Paul's sister.

Like Candis she doesn't mind being fat but unlike Candis most of her weight goes strait to her butt and hips.

She is fun loving and kind, and being an Eevee she knows mimic which (in the RP) can allow her to learn any move including water gun and hydro-pump (with these moves she can do a self inflation like this Buizel did [link] the only difference is she likes to inflate her butt more than her belly.)
