Because it is a sweet moment between mother and son. From where I see it there is nearly no blurring at all so I can see it perfectly fine.
Furthermore, you are one of the best artists I know when it comes to drawing Nicole.

It's not the blurring, it's how the lighting and coloring looks bad.

I have seen other computer coloring artists who don't even come close to you including the competition entry for Halloween that I deemed for last place last year. They put hardly any effort into the design and or coloring.

Let me walk you through some flaws I saw in the picture in question.
Crooked drawn buildings with no windows and poorly drawn grass and pavement all of these lacking in shading and highlighting and other vital details.
The facial expressions too were poorly created ad were the costumes, from what I saw cardboard boxes and trash can lids also poorly drawn.
