Hi, I am from the anime crit club, and here's my crit. For a chibi, you've got pretty good style, but the head looks funny. Try rounding the head a little more, on the left it looks square. Also, is he/she supposed to have a mullet? If not, the way to fix that is as follows: the hair strand should just slip off the head and fall down. That's the best I can do for that. Your colouring style has real potential, keep practicing.

Its cute and slighly chibi reminesance so I may have some problem giveing some comments on it
well here I go, I do like the how the hair has slightly different hued colors in it, it adds some depth that just one color lacks, its a bit messy right now you might want to follow how the hair flows a little more and I think you will have it right. I also like the scaling on the fish its a nice touch I would have probably just have skipped doing due to laziness

nonnoono thats ok thats ok! i do that some times too. thank yas for the crit *gaaahhh*i cant spell today*stabs keyboard* the bubbles shadow is actually a style effect on PS which i can only do so much too but i can try messing with it to get rid of it. thank yas. and the hair is all messy cuz i did it either on my mouse pad or my little crappy mouse *which i no longer need*

well not normally but i think he has a tail its just he hides it most of the time really well n i thought it was just too cute to leave out. n the thing with the fish is that its my dinner n im really hungery n he ate my food
