Description

I experimented with making a shader for MikuMikuDance using AlternativeFull by Less. This shader mimics the 2D style by cancelling the models' original toons and spheres and replacing them completely with its own settings which makes them look flatter than default MMD lighting (hence the name).
Shader options include a standard one and those for skin, eyes, hair, cloth, wood and shiny surfaces like glass or metal.
Will not work without ExcellentShadow2 (bundled) as it controls trade-off between distance and quality (by Si) and smoothness of shadows (by Rx).
Known issue is that as its highlighted and shadowed areas are controlled by one file, shadows will look striped on simplier shapes that have shiny shader options applied to them. Nevertheless, this makes the shapes where the shine is more obvious than shadow look good with a cartoon-styled glint (look at the cars hull and wheelcaps on the preview, for example). This concerns Shine_Main/Detail options and Hair option too, but to lesser extent (unless you apply it to anything else than the eyes of a model, it looks fine)
The only rule is to credit me (MasterOfHelium), Less (for the base used for making this shader) and Soboro (for ExcellentShadow2).
Additional thanks to for translating the readme into Japanese.
