Description (The Lion Guard: Ono’s Idol)
(Kopa and Kovu reunite with Simba, Nala, Kiara, Sarabi, Sarafina, Kion, and the Lion Guard during Ono’s Mud-print ceremony)
Luckily, by the time Kopa and Kovu arrive in the Pride Lands, it is during Ono’s Mud-print ceremony in the events of “The Lion Guard: Ono’s Idol”. Just as all the attendees cheer for Ono, they all hear Kopa’s cheer which blended in with theirs. Simba immediately recognizes Kopa since he (Kopa) has not become fully grown yet. Simba and Nala cannot believe that their first son is back alive and well while Kiara cannot believe that her big brother is back alive and well. Overcome with emotion and without wasting a second, Simba, Nala, Sarabi, Sarafina, Kiara, Timon, and Pumbaa run up to Kopa and pull him into a very tight group hug and they bawl on him as Kopa does on them as well. They all tell Kopa how much they have really missed him and Kopa tells them how much he has really missed them as well. When he and his family break apart, Kopa is then again overcome with emotion when he sees Kion and realizes that he has a little brother. Without wasting a second, Kopa and Kion pull each other into a very tight hug as they are so very happy to finally meet each other for the first time. When Kopa and Kion break apart, it is the Lion Guard’s turn as they are so very happy to meet the big brother of their Leader. Kopa feels very honored to finally get to meet the Lion Guard as the Lion Guard are him as well while Kopa feels very amused that Fuli’s fur is so soft to which Fuli says she gets that a lot. And then Kopa apologizes to his family for not coming back when they needed him. Kopa’s family forgives him as they also apologize for giving up after not having succeeded in finding him. And then when the Royal Family and their friends and the Lion Guard see Kovu, they are all very startled at him being there. But Kopa is able to calm them down by standing between them and saying, “It’s okay, it’s okay. He’s alright, he’s a friend.” Kovu overcome with emotion steps forward with emotional tears rolling down his cheeks and says, “I’m not gonna hurt you.” Kopa then reveals to them all, “He led me to you.” The entire Royal Family and their friends and the Lion Guard all stare at Kovu in shock as they cannot believe what just unfolded.
