What if Simba and Nala befriend Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, and their Hyena clan
(The Lion King)
(The Battle for Pride Rock)

SIMBA: (with Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, and their Hyena clan, Timon, Pumbaa, Mara, Shere Khan, Bagheera, Baloo, Kubariki and Mlinzi and their Hyena clan, Aminifu and his Elephant herd, and Basi and his Hippo pod waiting on the very same hill that they and Simba’s supporters have left on) It is almost time. The time has come for Scar to pay for what he did.

SHENZI: For his last meal, Scar is gonna eat the words he said in his lies.

BANZAI: You said it.

TIMON: Yeah. That guy is nothing but trouble.

PUMBAA: The last thing that Scar will ever want is my gas.

SHENZI & BANZAI: (to Ed) Ed?

ED: *head nod*

MARA: (seeing Scar and his loyalists coming to Pride Rock) Here they come. It is time.

AMINIFU: Prepare to attack.

BASI: Here we go.

Scar and his loyalists return from over hunting. But as soon as they return to Pride Rock, they are ambushed. As it turns out, before Scar and his loyalists returned, Simba and his supporters have reached Pride Rock first and divided into groups where they hide in certain areas in and around Pride Rock. That is when Simba, Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, and their Hyena clan, Kubariki and Mlinzi and their Hyena clan, Timon, Pumbaa, Mara, Shere Khan, Bagheera, Baloo, Aminifu and his Elephant herd, and Basi and his Hippo pod charge into battle and join in the fight.

Scar’s loyalists do not stand a chance against Simba and his supporters.

Timon, Pumbaa, Pua and his Crocodile float, and Muhimu’s parents’ Zebra herd take on the Gazelles and Antelopes. Kalima, Zira, Sarabi, and Nala take on Uovu who is Scar’s mate. The Eagles take on the Vultures. Shere Khan, Bagheera, Baloo, Basi and his Hippo pod, the Male Cheetah and Female Cheetah (the future parents of Fuli), Suko and the Jungle Pride, the Pride Lander Lionesses, the Outsiders, Kubariki and Mlinzi and their Hyena clan take on the Leopards, the Evil Cheetahs, the Giraffes, and the few Zebras although the Giraffes being really scared of fire when lightning sets part of the area below Pride Rock flees to hide from the fire but are cornered by the fire with nowhere to hide or escape. Meanwhile, Chumvi, Rhea, Nuka, and Dotty are keeping Vitani and Kovu safely hidden away in the Royal Den.

At the same time, Simba, Mara, and Shenzi & Banzai & Ed and their Hyena clan joined by Shere Khan go after Scar and are able to corner him at the very top of Pride Rock.

SIMBA: Murderer.

SHERE KHAN: Well, isn’t this a delightful turn of events.

SCAR: Simba, Simba, please. [Scar crouches.] Please, have mercy. I beg you.

MARA: You should’ve thought of that earlier.

SCAR: [hyperventilating] But, Simba, I am [Scar crouches lower and smiles shakily.] family.

SIMBA: No you’re not. No matter who you try to blame for my father’s death, it won’t work, [Scar crouches lower as Simba, Mara, Shere Khan, and Shenzi & Banzai & Ed and their Hyena clan gets closer] because everything you ever told me was a lie.

Simba looms over Scar while Mara, Shere Khan, and Shenzi & Banzai & Ed and their Hyena clan block every corner to destroy any chance of escape.

SCAR: What are you going to do? [Scar grins.] You wouldn't kill your own uncle...

SIMBA: You're right, I'm not like you, Scar. I won't simply exile you and let you continue your reign of terror. You've caused so much harm to this Pride and our family. The safety of my Pride comes first.

MARA: (to Scar) He’s right, Scar.

SHERE KHAN: Just because we’re not like you, doesn’t mean exile solves everything.

SHENZI: And besides, Scar, you turned your back on being Simba’s uncle when you lost the Roar for using it for evil when you destroyed your own Lion Guard, orchestrated a bunch of attempts on King Mufasa’s life, tried to get Simba killed twice, and even blamed him for his father’s death just like when you killed your own father.

BANZAI: And unfortunately, exile is just not going to be enough like it normally would.

SCAR: So what, you plan to kill me then? After all I've done for you?

SIMBA: You've done nothing but bring destruction and suffering. Just like when I was there even though you never knew it, I see now the terrible things you've done - the lies, the betrayal, the murder. I can't let you continue to threaten us.

MARA: This ends today.

SCAR: You fools, do you really think you can defeat me? I have loyalists!

SHENZI: Not anymore. Unlike you, your loyalists know when to show remorse for following someone who is forced to admit to being the culprit of Mufasa’s death.

BANZAI: Your grip on power is slipping. We won't let you hurt anyone else.

ED: *laughs triumphantly*

SIMBA: This is for my father, for my Pride, for our kingdom.

MARA: We’re ending your reign of terror, once and for all.

SHERE KHAN: You got that right.

SCAR: No, Simba, please! I'll leave, I swear! You can't do this!

SIMBA: I have to. For the safety of us all, you leave me no choice.

Simba then proceeds to kill Scar in order to protect his pride and prevent further destruction, driven by the need for justice and to end Scar's tyrannical rule. Simba hits Scar in the face with such force that it causes Scar to fall over Pride Rock’s cliff and into the fire below, thereby ending his reign of terror once and for all.
