Kion is on night patrol when he is suddenly surrounded by none other than Zira and some of the Outsiders. And before he even knows it, Kion is suddenly kidnapped by Zira and the Outsiders while Zira does not use force. And then he is taken to the steam vents he was at before. But what Zira does not realize is that kidnapping Kion has begun her downfall.
