(Kopa, Imani, Hamu, Jambazi, Mtoto, and Uru are the new Lion Guard with Kion and his Lion Guard having gone to the Tree of Life with the Night Pride)

After when Kion and his Lion Guard friends have joined the Night Pride and gone with them and Rani to the Tree of Life to make that place their new home forever, Kopa is now the Leader of the Lion Guard with Imani, Hamu, Jambazi, Mtoto, and Uru by his side as members of the Lion Guard under his leadership. From that moment on, with Kopa’s leadership and Imani’s support and intelligence, Kopa’s Lion Guard takes missions all over the Pride Lands to help the Animals of the Pride Lands to live and remain peaceful. And whenever Kopa and his Lion Guard are not on patrol, Kopa and Imani take time to teach Kiara the art of stealth 🥷 mode to help her get through her first hunt without difficulty and mostly because Imani and Kopa have been teaching Kiara to not expect her first hunt to be left untouched or unknown by Zira as they (Imani and Kopa) know Zira very well enough to know how cunning, preserving, vengeful, and unpredictable she can be. Kiara agrees, and she soon discovers how the art of stealth 🥷 mode will really pay off when she comes to do her first hunt.

KOPA - A Pride Lander Lion. Kopa is Simba and Nala’s first son and is Kion and Kiara’s big brother who was believed to have been dead by Zira’s attack, but was saved from the aftermath of that attack by a male Cheetah named Azaad and brought to the Tree of Life for healing and sanctuary. He then eventually joins the Night Pride until he is a teenager, because he then learns about Scar’s return from Azaad and the ghost of his grandfather Mufasa which causes Kopa to realize that he cannot hide forever and he brings a select few of the Night Pride and some others to help him give aid to his family and the Pride Lands. Then when Kion and his Lion Guard friends join the Night Pride themselves and move to the Tree of Life, Kopa becomes the Leader of the Lion Guard and its Fiercest member in his (Kion) place and possesses the Roar of the Elders even though Kion still has it too for very special reasons.

IMANI - A dull brown Lioness who is Kopa’s mentor, adoptive mother, and old friend. Imani defected from the Outsiders when Scar corrupted her (Imani) ex-best friend Zira’s heart beyond repair and Zira attacked Kopa and gave him up for dead. Imani takes her mate Koman and daughter Sanura and they go with Kopa to the Tree of Life where Imani raises Kopa as her own son. From throughout the time he gets to know Imani, Kopa decides he is willing to give Imani a second chance as he can see that she and her family wish an end to Zira’s journey on the Circle of Life as much as he does. Later, this leads the Royal Family, the Lion Guard, and the entire Kingdom of the Pride Lands to agree that it’s good enough for them all if Kopa trusts Imani and her family. Then when Kion and his Lion Guard friends join the Night Pride themselves and move to the Tree of Life, Imani joins the Lion Guard under Kopa’s leadership as its Smartest member, although really baffled at first about Kopa making her part of the Lion Guard due to that she had grown up more as an Outsider for most of her life until Kopa tells her that she earned her Lion Guard membership and title when she proved herself worthy of it by earning his (Kopa) trust and the trust of his (Kopa) Family as well the trust of the Pride Lands. Because of her great leadership skills and abilities, Kopa makes Imani his second in command of the Lion Guard which the rest of the Lion Guard agrees to.

JAMBAZI - An Asiatic Lion and Kopa’s brother like figure who worked closely with him on the Night Pride after when Kopa came to the Tree of Lior healing and sanctuary. Jambazi became part of Kopa’s company to return to the Pride Lands and provide aid for the Pride Lands in the war against Scar and the Outlanders. Then when Kion and his Lion Guard friends join the Night Pride themselves and move to the Tree of Life, Jambazi chooses to stay in the Pride Lands with Kopa and he joins Kopa on the Lion Guard as its Fastest member due to that Kopa came to discover Jambazi as the Fastest Lion he knows throughout the time they got to know each other.

URU - An Eurasian Eagle-Owl 🦉and the sister of Ullu who is Rani's majordomo and the Night Pride’s scout and sentinel. Uru became part of Kopa’s company to return to the Pride Lands and provide aid for the Pride Lands in the war against Scar and the Outlanders. Then when Kion and his Lion Guard friends join the Night Pride themselves and move to the Tree of Life, Uru chooses to stay in the Pride Lands with Kopa and she joins Kopa on the Lion Guard as its Keenest of Sight member, and because of her size and capabilities, it gives Kopa and the rest of the Lion Guard the idea to also be the Lion Guard’s scout, spy, and sentinel.

MTOTO - A young male Elephant who is from Ma Tembo’s Elephant herd. When Kion and his Lion Guard friends join the Night Pride themselves and move to the Tree of Life, Mtoto joins the Lion Guard as its Strongest member. Because of his ability to use infrasound just like the rest of his kind does, Mtoto is also given the job of being the Lion Guard’s scout and spy alongside Ulu.

HAMU - A male Zebra who is a member of his mother Muhimu’s Zebra herd. When Kion and his Lion Guard friends join the Night Pride themselves and move to the Tree of Life, Hamu joins the Lion Guard as its Bravest member. Because Hamu’s mother Muhimu’s Zebra herd and Thurston’s Zebra herd have an intendancy to “panic and run”, Hamu gets taught to not do that in order to show that he is the Bravest animal in the Pride Lands after Bunga under Kopa’s leadership, since Hamu knows that being brave means that he cannot be afraid of any kinds of trouble and danger.
