(Kopa introduces The Royal Family and the Lion Guard to the Night Pride, Azaad, and Binga)
[When it settles down, Kopa, Simba, and Nala break apart]
NALA (noticing Kopa’s friends with Kopa): And who are they?
AZAAD: I am Azaad. [Azaad bows]
KOPA: Azaad helped me get back to the Pride Lands. (Azaad gives Kopa a look that shows he is saying that he did more than just that for him) But before that, Azaad was the one who saved me from the aftermath of Zira’s attack on my life.
SIMBA: Thank you, Azaad. And thank you for saving my son.
AZAAD: It was my honor, Your Majesty.
FULI (amazed): Wow! Another Cheetah!
AZAAD (excited): Yeah. When you get the chance, ready for a race?
FULI: You bet.
AZAAD: Now that’s what I call the flame of a Cheetah.
KOPA (when the Night Pride steps forward with Binga): And this is Rani the Leader of the Night Pride and the future Queen of the Tree of Life, her brother Baliyo, their uncle Surak, Nirmala the Healer of the Tree of Life, and her brother Chumvi.
SIMBA (really shocked to see Chumvi): Chumvi? (To Chunvi) You’re Chumvi? The Chumvi? (As his excitement builds) I remember you. You came to the Pride Lands sometime before I returned to take my place as King. You stayed as a guest of my Pride. You were studying the history of the Pride Lands.
CHUMVI (with a smile on his face as he remembers Simba as well): Of course, I remember you as well. Seems I would get really arrogant a time or two.
SIMBA (amused): Oh yeah. Not one of my favorite memories. But you made it through and helped a lot.
CHUMVI (as he bows in respect): And I hope I served you well.
SIMBA (agreeing): Indeed you have.
KOPA (staying on topic and with Binga right next to him): And this is Binga.
BUNGA (really excited about there being another Honey Badger 🦡): Wow! You’re a honey badger!
BINGA: You're a honey badger!
BUNGA & BINGA: We're honey badgers!
KOPA: Bunga, meet Binga. Binga, Bunga.
BUNGA & BINGA: Bunga! Binga! Bunga! Binga!
BINGA: Bug eating contest when we get the chance, Bunga?
BUNGA: You're on, Binga! (Acknowledging the Night Pride and addressing himself and Kion, Fuli, Beshte, and Ono): And by the way, we’re the Lion Guard.
BALIYO: Lion Guard? You’ve only got one Lion.
BUNGA: Yeah, you’ll get used to it.
