Natalie had been your best friend since childhood. You always secretly had a massive crush on her, but were too shy to ever confront her about it. Besides, she was your closest friend and if she rejected you it would make things very awkward between the two of you, so you kept it to yourself. What you didn't know is that Natalie felt the same way about you. She sneaked onto your computer one day and looked at your browser history to see if you had any secret interests. Natalie was very surprised when she found the many shrunken images and stories you looked at. Natalie got excited after seeing this. Her father was a very wealthy scientist and had been developing a shrinking potion in secret. Natalie was the only other person in the world to know about it. One night, she quietly crept into her father's lab and stole the shrinking potion.

The next day, Natalie invited you over to her house to hang out. You entered her bedroom and found her sitting on her chair with her bare feet propped up. You tried to hardest to avoid staring at them, but you snuck a quick peek whenever you could. You and Natalie chatted as normal, when Natalie grew a smirk on her face she only had when she had a secret to tell. "So, I looked at your browser history the other day," she said. You felt your stomach sink. "I think it's awesome the things you've been looking at! It's given me a great idea!" she continued. Natalie reached into her pocket and pulled out a small vile of a translucent blue liquid. "This is a shrinking potion I swiped from my dad. I'm not really sure how it works, but there's not much in here so I think you should just drink the whole thing" she said with a beaming smile as she handed the potion to you. You had no idea what to think. Was she pranking you? There's no way this was actually a shrinking potion. Thinking it was probably just Natalie teasing you as usual, you opened the vile and quickly downed the liquid. It tasted odd but slightly pleasant. You felt nothing at first, and figured Natalie was just pulling one on you. Natalie looked disappointed. "Huh, I guess it doesn't work" she said, sadly. Suddenly, you felt a chill run through your entire body. An indescribable sensation overwhelmed you as your size turned to half of what it was. Natalie's face lit up. "Ha! It DOES work!" she giggled.

You were completely speechless now. Natalie actually did have a shrinking potion? How was this possible? Then you realised something, this was indeed your fantasy. You were about to finally admit your crush on Natalie when she spoke up. "Listen, before we get to the fun, I have a confession. I've had a crush on you pretty much since we first met. I hope that doesn't make things weird between us" she said, sheepishly. You told Natalie you felt the exact same way. Her smile reached from ear to ear. "That's awesome!" she squealed, picking up your now half sized body and giving you a hug so tight you could have sworn you felt a rib crack. "Oops, sorry, not used to your new size" she said. Just then, you felt the chilling feeling again. Natalie watched in awe as you began to shrink again, only this time you shrank a lot more. Within seconds, you were now roughly the size of an apple. Natalie held you in her hands. "Now this is more like it!" she said. "But let's not pretend like I didn't notice you staring at my feet earlier," she smirked. Your face turned red with embarrassment. Natalie noticed this. "Aww, don't be embarrassed about it. I think its cute!" she said as she placed you on her desk and planted her feet in front of you. Reaching as high as you could, you couldn't even reach her toes. Natalie couldn't stop giggling. Then, the shrinking began again.

Natalie's feet quickly changed from the height of a small room to the height of a massive skyscraper. Before you could almost just reach her toes, now you almost couldn't even see them. It took Natalie a moment to find you, since you were barely big enough to be seen without a magnifying glass. "Wow! I can't believe how teeny tiny you are!" she said, her voice now booming like a jet engine. Natalie very carefully picked you up and placed you between her toes. Her big toe was enormous compared to you. In the distant you could almost make out her face, it was very blurry, but you could tell she still had a massive smile on her face. This was your ideal size in your fantasy. Surely the shrinking potion had worn off by now and you wouldn't shrink anymore, so you decided to enjoy yourself at your new size and explore Natalie's perfect pink sole. However, it wasn't long before you realised the shrinking potion was far from done its job. You were now within a canyon sized ridge of Natalie's sole. Far too small for her to see you now. You felt your phone buzz in your pocket (Your clothes shrank with you, forgot to mention that, you're not naked ya nasties) and you quickly grabbed it. It was a text from Natalie. "I think you're microscopic now. The view must be incredible! Since I obviously can't hear you anymore, we can talk via text" it read. You took a picture of your surroundings and sent it to her. She replied with a simple "WOW!" and you couldn't help but smile. Wow indeed. You figured her foot had to be the size of a small country now. You got another text. "So I just found out that the shrinking potion wasn't the final version and the effects are irreversible. Isn't that great? You're gonna be down there forever!" she said. It was great indeed. Why would you want to return to your normal size? You and Natalie could now spend the rest of your lives together. You were about to celebrate before the feeling overwhelmed you again.

It was hard to make out your new surroundings. It was an endless, flat, pink landscape with the softest ground imaginable. Natalie's toes, which were already towering way over you, had to be the size of planets now. You roamed the vast landscape, the air filled with the most pleasant aroma imaginable, the ground softer than clouds. If heaven was real, this was it. Sadly, you did not get to enjoy this size for long. The shrinking began again, much quicker than the previous times. The size of Natalie's foot changed from planet to galaxy to universe to... infinity. You didn't stop shrinking. No matter how small you got you always got smaller. Natalie's dainty little toes were larger than existence to you now. Natalie WAS your existence. This is where you truly belonged, and you couldn't be happier.
