Jane's feet were home to thousands of microscopic galaxies. Her soles were essentially entire universes, filled with countless civilizations whose entire lives were dedicated to her. Jane had no idea, she was completely oblivious to the fact her feet were the most populated area in existence by an extreme margin. Something about them just attracted the tiny speck sized galaxies, and they'd spend their entire lifespan floating among the vast wrinkles and ridge's of Jane's toes and soles. Thousands of galaxies, each with millions of planets, each with billions of people... and they were less than nothing compared to Jane who would never acknowledge their existence. To them though, it didn't matter. Being close to her was more than enough for them.
