Here we see Maru's true form, his sea form. Unlike his mer form, his tail is more sleek and he have a dorsal fin on his back. He can breath underwater, but unlike his mer form can go do the deepest of depths which of course he can only be around a certain amount of depth before feeling pressure. Though of course that doesn't mean that he and his sister, Amu, could enjoy swimming around around the reefs and near the surface, showing off their well tone bodies and items they found in the wreaks of ships
